YAKAP Typhoon Carina Update!

Hooray! team has finished their repack day for the goods distribution tomorrow for our kababayans affected by the tragic typhoon.

As what we said, Carina may have left, but the tragedy, fear and sadness it has given to each & every family will remain. They still NEED us, as they rebuild their everyday lives, and every kind action can make a big difference!✨

We would like to acknowledge once again Punong Barangay Matty Perez of Barangay Marilag QC for lending a big helping hand in providing us our repacking location. Plus to everyone of Brgy Marilag who have stayed & helped us today! You have given hope for our beneficiaries. We look forward to more collaborations with you💚

A tragic happening for our kababayans had happened so we had to pause our updates about our Program.

But here we are! And as we come to the last photo post before our mandatory document video, We are filled with joy as we reminisce about the beautiful smiles and laughter of our dear Lolo’s and Lola’s. 💞

This special event, dedicated to supporting abandoned elderlies, was a heartwarming success, filled with moments of happiness, connection, and pure joy. Our hearts are still warmed by the memories of their enjoyable presence.

Our team worked tirelessly to create an environment where the elders felt welcomed, valued, and loved. The activities, conversations, and shared meals brought out their inner joy, reminding us all of the simple yet profound power of human connection.🤗

To everyone who’s been part, from leads to volunteers, sponsors, donors and to partners.. You are all the reason of why we reach another success! Thank you for being a part of this beautiful journey.

Quick update about our scheduled repacking and distribution.🙏🏻 Big thank you to Barangay Marilag QC, under Punong Barangay Matty Perez for lending a helping hand to our drive for the typhoon carina victims. Your kind action was an additional step and hope for us to fill the promise for our affected kababayans.💚

To everyone, we are still accepting donations until July 31st. Any kind action counts! and rest assured every update will be posted:)

As Typhoon Carina leaves our country, many families have been devastated by its aftermath. Many of our countrymen are in dire need of our support right now.

Our hearts go out to all those affected by the typhoon. We, at Custom Avenue, are reaching out to your good hearts for support on this project.

Profits from this project will be directly donated to YAKAP Foundation, an amazing group dedicated to supporting and helping our fellow citizens who are in need. The foundation is currently running a contribution drive for the typhoon victims, which we want to support.
