Our penthouse design ✨

With luxury as the main focus still, we wanted to bring in some design aspects found in the office (located one floor below) to create a harmonious design, i.e. the wood color, marble and light colored furnitures.

We also made sure to balance luxury and comfort by adding the warmth of wood to the cold feel of marble stone.

One of our favorite design piece though is our custom display cabinet! 🙊 not only is it a sculptural piece itself, but by adding curves it also softened up the space.

Mayors office ✨

Theres something luxurious about simplicity and this is evident in our floor to ceiling cabinets. Again, with the same wood color and the aircon cleverly hidden by the same wood slats found outside the office, creating a harmonious design through out the entire area.

Of course, we designed a custom desk for our client that screams lux with practicality 😍

Embrace the art of minimalism with a monochrome palette and clean, uncluttered lines. From the crisp white walls to the wood accents, this creates a serene, stylish sanctuary that our clients can call home 🏠

Our client gave us a design goal - budget friendly, simple but instagrammable.

This adorable café may be small, but we designed it in such a way where it draws customers inside.; from the textured walls and ceiling to the crisp white glossy tiles of the flooring and counter, from the mixture of cold black metals to the warmth of leather and wood, etc.

Combination of textures really plays a huge role in design.

We are so excited to be designing a VIP hospital room!

We all know all hospital rooms look and feel the same - cold. With that being said, the goal is to design a room unlike no other in the Philippines. We want patients to feel like they’re at a spa than a hospital.

To achieve this:
1. At the entryway, we added capis dividers infused with modern design by the shape and adding frosted glass at the middle. At the side of the closet, we added a small built in drawer with led full length mirror to not only add drama but functionality to patients and their visitors.
2. For the kitchen, we came up with a modern kitchen design that seamlessly combines with the dining table that has a LED light below it for ambient lighting.
3. With the entertainment area, we designed an accent wall that combines wood and stone. The different sizes of wood creates character and depth, while the stone adds a touch of modernism to the space.
4. For the wall behind the bed, we kept it simple to blend well with the room, together with our accent wall. Since we kept it simple, we added wood slats to create texture and LED light for some mood lighting.

A studio turned into a 1 bedroom unit 😉

For such a small space, we want to incorporate more than enough storage without feeling cramped. To achieve this, we kept most of the cabinets white while adding wood cabinets to add warmth. Lastly, we added another floor to ceiling mirror, again, to give an illusion of the space being bigger than it is.

Designing a studio unit can be challenging. One has to think about furniture layout, storage space, the possibility of diving one area into two, but most importantly how to make it feel like home.

All these problems were solved by careful planning. In the kitchen, we kept the upper cabinets white to keep it bright and clean. We also added a standing cabinet as cleaning storage.

For the dining and living, we were left with so much space. So, what we did, we placed a 2 seat dining table but also placed 2 ottomans neatly stored under the console table as added seating for when our client has visitors. With the living, not only did we provide a sofa bed, we also designed a coffee table that can modified into a side table to make room for a 4 seater dining table or simply just for more walk space. Behind the sofa, we added floor to ceiling mirrors to make the room bigger than it seems, and because of its brown tint, it added color as well.

Lastly, we came up with a divider with sliding door in the middle. It may be open but because of the angle of the shelves, not only does this add storage but privacy as well and still allow the cooling air from the aircon to the main area.

Similar design with bedroom 3 but somehow different in terms of the focal point and chosen colors.

Our clients bedroom 6 ✨

We dont know what we love more in this bedroom design - the white matte laminates cut into different sizes with white wpc slats or the wood laminate headboard with LED behind it 🤔

Our clients bedroom 5 ✨

This bedroom design is similar to bedroom 1 but more masculine!

Who says your room has to be dark to look masculine? its all in the details! 🔎

Our clients bedroom 4 ✨

For a small room, we wanted to add additional storage for the bedroom owner to put all his belongings while relaxing on his own bed. To do this, we created a wood laminate headboard with LED strip behind it for that perfect night light where you can put items on top or on the built in shelf.

Lastly, to keep it clean and bright, we added white matte laminates cut into different sizes, and of course, incorporated a LED floor to wall mirror to add character and depth to the room.

Moving to the 3F, we kept the design same as the 2F - a mix of crisp white walls and wood laminates with LED baseboards to create a mood throughout the hallway.

As for the stair walls, we are in love with what we came up with, not only does it turn into a conversation piece, but it will lit up every floor beautifully, especially at night.

Our clients bedroom 3 ✨

With small bedrooms, you want to keep it bright and warm.

For the warmth aspect, we incorporated wood laminates behind the bed. To add onto this, we knew a long custom arched headboard is the perfect touch to add character and comfort to such a small room.

As for keeping it bright, we kept the rest of the walls crisp white with baseboards and white modulars to keep it simple and timeless ✨

Lastly, to contrast with all the white, we added black details scattered around the room.

Our clients 2F living/family area ✨

We kept some walls white with a mix of wood to keep it simple, bright yet warm to stay true with LA home design aspects. To stay simple, we kept the ceiling flat but with cove lighting on the edges of the ceiling parallel to that is the LED baseboard which creates drama when walking to and from the hallway. We also added led light in the shelves and stair walls to add mood in every corner.

To add luxury to the area, we added 2 different stones - marble and travertine. Combination of these create beautiful symphony ✨

Master bathroom ✨

There are new products, finishes, materials being introduced every year in the design business, and we’re excited to use one of these in this project - the natural travertine flutted out mosaic stone!

Such a beautiful finish to add to a small bathroom to create not only elegance, but elevate and refine the space.

Our clients master bedroom ✨

Embracing the simplicity of the white cabinets, the warmth of wood and travertine, and the textured laminates behind the bed, this contemporary mixed with Scandinavian bedroom design offers sanctuary like no other.

We wanted to design our clients townhouse like a California home, especially homes you find in Los Angeles.

Using marble on almost every aspect of your home, grand decorative lighting, complicated ceiling designs, arent considered a “luxury home” anymore, instead, it’s now shifted to bright, clean lines and comfort being the priority.

With that being said, we designed our clients townhouse with a mix of contemporary, elevated by a touch of Scandinavian aesthetic that encapsulates both refinement and comfort.

A lawyers office.

When designing a small office, always keep it bright and also, mix a lot of textures to add warmth, character and to make the room engaging or captivating.

Textures could mean - wall paint, fabrics, stones, metals, etc.

Our clients law office reception area!

We know your eyes went directly to the glass partition and thats what we want! By using different sizes of glass and by adding other elements - wood and metal, we created a sculptural focal point to the room!

Dividing a small area could be tricky as it could look even smaller, but by using frosted glass, we created a partition that still allows light to pass through yet creates privacy, as frosted glass creates a blur in the background because of its 10-20% opacity.
