Job Overview
Client Operations and Coordination - assists with all aspects of a project, which lead to timely completion and delivery, following the company standards and the clients’ technical requirements. The Junior Account Executive role is more focused on internal project management and assistance on Client Servicing. Once the Account Executive receives the official order from the client, the Junior Account Executive will be briefed with the project requirements and execute internal coordination accordingly. Organizational skill is a must.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Client servicing:
- Review client orders by defining their requirement and what it equates to production.
- Work with Account Executives in providing to clients the delivery timeline of the required tasks.
- Send and receive emails on a daily basis to/from production and other internal departments.
- Receive emails from clients and assist the Account Executive in gathering information needed to communicate with clients.
- Track project statuses to ensure any issues or changes in schedule are provided to the production in a timely manner. Any changes to the schedule should have liaised with the Account Executive.
System management:
- Enter job orders into the company’s database.
- Collect and consolidate purchase orders and makes sure that the details are accurately reflected in the system.
Maintain database in an organized manner.
- Ensure that delivered projects are updated and invoiced in the system with accurate details.
- Gather information and consult on invoice and billing process as requested by finance.
Production management:
- Responsible for planning – establishing workflow, gathering internal costs, monitoring project budget and determining capacity.
- Project ex*****on – provide heads up and give the go-ahead to production, oversee the entire process, monitor works in progress until delivery.
- Communicate changes in client requirements and timeline to production.
- Coordination with SDI’s global counterpart on various projects.
- Proactively identifies potential issues with projects in progress and help find creative solutions to meet or exceed client expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A graduate of a four-year degree course Business and/or Communications degree is an advantage.
- Customer service-related work experience is an advantage.

Interest in the entertainment industry and/or post-production.
- Administrative experience managing multiple forms, orders and communications internally and externally.
The Webtoon Editor is responsible for creating visual design concepts of webtoons based on the set standards/requirements of the client/s. Coordinates with his/her Team Leader or immediate superior to determine the scope of the project to determine the applicable webtoon layout and design:
-Designs and layouts webtoons based on the requirements set by the client/s;
-Guarantees the quality of all projects to be delivered by performing complete quality assurance checks based on the guidelines stated by the client/s;
-Confers with the immediate superior to determine the progress of work and to provide information on changes affecting efficiency and quality of design output;
-Collaborates with the team members and Team Leader to present the design prior to submission to the client/s;
-Reviews webtoons design and incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design;
-Analyzes and recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of the product, if needed
