Don't forget to prioritize yourself, despite the challenges you face. You, who need to grow and can overcome anything, will surely prevail. No matter the circumstance, remember to breathe and keep on going.

As Henry Ward Beecher stated, "Every tomorrow has two handles. We can take hold of it with the handle of anxiety or the handle of faith."
