The Customer Service Officer is responsible for the efficient deployment of associates to clients, ensuring prompt responses to all requests, and monitoring associates' attendance. This role is vital in maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Respond to patient inquiries
Deploy associates based on client needs.
Arrange interviews between associates and clients.
Receive and manage client complaints, and escalate when needed.
Prepare and file company-patient contracts.
Associate duty scheduling and arrange relievers
Monitoring and Reporting
Validation of Duties
Monitor deployment times.
Maintain patient records in accordance the set guidelines of the Data Privacy Act
Perform delegated tasks as required by business operations.

Rhea worked in an electronics factory for 13 years. Using the money she saved after leaving her job, she started her own small business. Unfortunately, the business was not successful. Encouraged by a friend, she decided to study caregiving. Transitioning to a completely new field was challenging for Rhea, but she persevered and overcame several obstacles along the way. Today, she continues to be a valued member of our registry. Her story shows that, regardless of your background, a career as a private caregiver can be a rewarding and viable option. 💚
Tonette joined Nightingale in 2007 after working as an ICU nurse. At Nightingale, she found more than just case referrals; she discovered a supportive registry that allowed her to provide for her family while advancing her career. We prioritize the growth of our associates by offering both free and paid courses and seminars, ensuring their continuous professional development. Thank you for your trust, Tonette. 💚
Marisa started her career in a health center and eventually discovered opportunities in private duty work. Initially joining Nightingale to only gain experience to work abroad, she found it to be much more. Despite her limited experience at first, Nightingale helped her to earn a better income. She now enjoys the numerous advantages her work with Nightingale brings, appreciating the rewards that come with dedication.

Angelito joined Nightingale in 2016, bringing with him a wealth of experience and dedication. He began his nursing studies in 2008 with the dream of working abroad alongside his brother. However, by the time he became a nurse, the demand for nurses overseas had dwindled. He then served his community through the Nurses in the Barrio program in his hometown of Biliran. Due to his age, finding hospital positions in Manila proved challenging. At Nightingale, Angelito discovered an inclusive environment where he could connect with clients and patients, regardless of his age. 💚
Jessica began her journey with Nightingale as an Underboard Nurse and successfully passed her board exam in 2021. As the family's breadwinner, Nightingale offered her the flexibility to balance her demanding schedule, especially during the challenging period when her father was ill and she was preparing for the Board Exams. After successfully passing, she briefly moved to Asian Hospital but made a heartfelt return to Nightingale last year.

Mark has been a caregiver in our registry since 2007. Despite a brief departure to pursue Marine Engineering in 2014, thwarted by pandemic hurdles, he found his way back to us in 2019. Today, he speaks of the freedom he finds in his role as a caregiver, all the while fulfilling his responsibilities to provide for his family. 💚
