God wants us to be happy. But what does that look like? How do we find happiness? The only way to find happiness is through Him. Through God. He created us! God knows us better than we know ourselves. Some of His ways may seem counterintuitive at first, but if we will truly seek the face and heart of God, if we will only see that God demonstrate His great love for us.... There.... That is the time where true contentment and joy is found—in Him! In God!

Having no rest is one of the worst things in the world. How do I know? I know because I used to struggle with overthinking, fear and worries of life, this is when I am most vulnerable to deception and super weak specially spiritually but God delivered me.
When you are constantly living with no rest, it makes you tired physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It’s hard to fight against temptation, it’s easier to sin, it’s easier to dwell on those ungodly thoughts, and Satan knows that. Rest is essential in the life of a Christian. Our body was made to rest. God knows the importance of rest, that's why God himself offered us to rest on Him as His heart is gentle and humble.
We need rest..., rest in the arms and presence of our Lord who give us perfect peace ♥️

There are difficulties in our life that overwhelm the strongest of people, fears that gnaw at the stoutest of human hearts and young men who grow faint and weary. They stumble and fall because they rely on their own, inner strength and human resources, which are not a sufficient shield in the storms of life. Only power from above, from God is sufficient to sustain us. Only God's protective hand can shelter us from the storms of life and not our own limited, human abilities.
