LSGH Batch 2002

De La Salle University and its network of supervised schools are enrolled members in the ICTSI Foundation Vaccination Consortium (Razon Group), which has a tripartite agreement with the Philippine Government and the manufacturer. Our Brother-President committed a number of doses to DLSAA.

Below are some details of the DLSAA Vax Plan:

VACCINE: Moderna

ADMINISTRATION: The ETA of the first batch is June 15, but it will be delivered in tranches until Q4. Please note that the bulk of the orders will be deployed on Q3 and Q4.

Order of deployment and administration shall be based on DOH Priority List categorization of participating individuals. Since supply is limited, the Consortium will develop a program to equitably and randomly appoint a vaccine administration schedule for all participating individuals.

PRICE: Not more than P4,000 for the entire vaccination program (while price per dose has been settled already thanks to the bulk order, the handling, storage, deployment and administration fee is subject of an ongoing negotiation), $26.83 per dose plus P300-500 for the above fees.

The Association will not receive anything from this initiative. This is our way to make available this precious health resource to as many members of the DLSAA community as possible.

SITE: This will depend on the negotiation. For transparency, De La Salle Philippines is in negotiation with Zuellig, Unilab and Qualimed to handle deployment and administration of vaccines.

However, to successfully place an order, you need to pay at least P2,000 since proof of payment is required to be uploaded in the online survey. The balance, after confirmation of the final price, should be paid at least one (1) week before the estimated time of arrival of the first tranche.

LSGH 96 along with Cluster D is the designated host of the 2021 LSGH Alumni Homecoming. However due to the ongoing pandemic, our homecoming last February didn't push through.

We at LSGH 96 refuse to be defeated and would like to push through with a one of a kind homecoming that is of timely significance in our lives. What we intend to conduct is a Covid-19 Vaccine Inoculation Homecoming, not just for our batch but for the entire LSGH community who are willing to avail.

However, in order make this a reality, we would like ascertain first if we really have enough numbers (in terms of people who want to be vaccinated). In line with this, we have made a short online survey.

Here are some other deteails about our plan (which we have also shared in the survey)
- We intend to procure the vaccine Covovax by Novavax.
- Each person needs Two (2) Doses.
- Interval between Doses: 21 Days apart.
- Age Range: 18 to 84 years old.
- Those with comorbidities need to secure a medical clearance from their doctor to be inoculated.
- Estimated Time of Arrival of Vaccine: 4th Quarter of 2021 (Could be earlier).
- Estimated Cost: Between 3000 to 4000 PHP Per Pax (For each Pax: 2 Doses + Inoculation Fee).
- Vaccination Site: La Salle Green Hills

Hi gents, Re: Seiko 2002 batch watch update. The production timeline may be subject for delay for atleast (30) days due irregular supply of raw materials needed for the customization of the watch. This was mainly caused by the Covid-19 outbreak. Based on our agreement with Seiko, the distribution was originally slated in June but we (core team) adjusted it to July to give allowance to any delays such as this.
