With our theme of self-improvement in full swing for the month, we delved into the art of Table Topics like never before. 🎙️🍽️ Our special educational talk led by the incredible Distinguished Toastmaster Raul dela Vega was an absolute game-changer. We learned the intricacies of being a Table Topic Speaker, a Table Topic Master, and a Table Topic Evaluator. 🤓✨

But that's not all! 💡 We also uncovered some brilliant Table Topics frameworks like the ACRE technique (Acknowledge, Commend, Recommend, Excel), the framework of Compare, Contrast, and Decide, and the STAR framework (Situation, Task, Action, Result). 🌟📊

In an interactive session that felt like a workshop, DTM Raul dela Vega had us all engaged in a dynamic Table Topics session using these frameworks and techniques. It was an enriching experience that left us inspired to speak with even more confidence and flair. 🌐🎉
