Ngayong araw, ipinagdiriwang natin ang ika-128 anibersaryo ng unang kilos ng himagsikan sa Mandaluyong, isang mahalagang bahagi ng ating kasaysayan na nagbunsod ng kalayaan ng bayan. Ang makasaysayang pagdiriwang ay ginanap sa Plaza Tatlong Bayani, Barangay Hagdan Bato Itaas, Mandaluyong City, kung saan sama-sama nating inalala ang tapang at sakripisyo ng ating mga bayani.

Sa pamamagitan ng mga programa at aktibidad, binigyang-pugay natin ang kanilang kagitingan at ipinapaabot ang diwa ng pagkakaisa at pagmamahal sa bayan sa bawat Mandaleño. Nawa’y magsilbi itong paalala na ang ating kalayaan ay bunga ng dugo at pawis ng mga nag-alay ng kanilang buhay para sa ating kasarinlan.

Salamat sa lahat ng nakiisa at nagbigay ng suporta sa makasaysayang okasyong ito. Patuloy nating itaguyod ang mga aral ng ating mga bayani at palaganapin ang diwa ng tunay na pagbabago at pagkakaisa para sa mas maliwanag na kinabukasan.

Noong 2018, nilagdaan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang Executive Order No. 70, isang mahalagang hakbang tungo sa pagkamit ng pangmatagalang kapayapaan at kaunlaran sa Pilipinas. Ang kautusang ito ang nagbunga ng pagbuo ng National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC).

Ano ang EO 70? Ang EO 70 ay naglalayong pagtibayin ang "Whole-of-Nation" approach, kung saan ang lahat ng sektor ng lipunan ay nagtutulungan upang masugpo ang mga ugat ng insurgensya. Hindi lamang ito tungkol sa militar na aksyon, kundi pati na rin sa pagtugon sa mga isyung pang-ekonomiya, panlipunan, at pulitikal na nagpapalala sa armadong tunggalian.

Bakit Mahalaga ang EO 70? Sa pamamagitan ng NTF-ELCAC, mas pinalalakas ang koordinasyon ng pamahalaan at iba't ibang ahensya upang makapagdala ng serbisyo at kaunlaran sa mga komunidad na naaapektuhan ng labanan. Layunin nitong magbigay ng mas ligtas, mas mapayapa, at mas maunlad na kinabukasan para sa lahat ng Pilipino.

Magkaisa tayo tungo sa tunay na kapayapaan at kaunlaran para sa bayan!

TINGNAN! Dumalo ang City Jail Warden sa Ceremonial Marketing Agreement Renewal and Signing na ginanap sa Greene Manor Condotel, Lungsod ng San Fernando, Pampanga.

Ang mahalagang kaganapang ito ay naglalayong palakasin ang ugnayan at pagtutulungan sa pagitan ng mga organisasyon para sa mas magandang kinabukasan.

Ngayong Agosto, ang Mandaluyong City Jail Male Dormitory ay masayang nagdiwang ng Buwan ng Wika! Mula sa mga makukulay na aktibidad hanggang sa mga makabuluhang talakayan, nagkaroon ng pagkakataon ang bawat isa na ipakita ang kanilang pagmamahal sa ating wika at kultura.

Ang selebrasyon ay nagbigay-daan upang mas mapalalim ang pag-unawa at pagpapahalaga sa ating sariling wika. Maraming salamat sa lahat ng nakibahagi at nagpakita ng suporta sa pagdiriwang na ito. Patuloy nating mahalin at ipagmalaki ang ating sariling wika, ang susi sa ating pagkakakilanlan bilang Pilipino.

NEWS REPORT: Successful Medical Mission Held at Mandaluyong City Jail Male Dorm

In a heartwarming collaboration, the Male Dorm of Mandaluyong City Jail partnered with the Social Action Medical Student Association of San Beda for a successful medical mission.
Underprivileged inmates received essential healthcare services, courtesy of dedicated volunteers and medical students. The event aimed to bridge healthcare gaps and provide much-needed medical attention to those in need.
"We are grateful for the opportunity to extend our services to the Mandaluyong City Jail community," said a spokesperson from the Social Action Medical Student Association. "This initiative reflects our commitment to promoting health and well-being for all."
The medical mission underscored the power of community collaboration and compassionate outreach, highlighting the importance of healthcare accessibility even within correctional facilities.

BJMP-NCRO CENTRAL JAIL SECTORS TALK TO TROOPS 2024 |

On June 15, 2024, 𝐉𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐔𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐋 𝐀 𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐒, CESE, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau-National Capital Region, together with the regional division and unit chiefs, recognized the exemplary jail officers of the central sectors of the National Capital Region at Mandaluyong City Jail, Mandaluyong City.

In his message, 𝐉𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐔𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐋 𝐀 𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐒, CESE, highlighted the Bureau’s indispensable role in safekeeping and development of Person’s Deprived of Liberty (PDL) and strengthening linkages to other agencies and non-governmental organizations in preserving peace, safe community, and clean environment, underscoring the importance of the jail officer's dual role as both safekeepers and community builders.

“To keep our organizations image positive. You continue to show the true essence of service, integrity and of selflessness,” he said.

𝐉𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐒 also recognized the sacrifices and steadfast efforts of the troops in combating violent extremism, anti-illegal drug campaigns, community services, and contributing to the successes of the BJMP-NCRO throughout the years.

Lastly, 𝐉𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐒 lauded the collaborative efforts of the Central Jail Sectors, which have helped foster an atmosphere conducive to prosperity, BASTA’T SAMA-SAMA, KAYANG-KAYA!

On April 22, 2024, Mandaluyong City Mayor Benjamin S. Abalos Sr., Vice Mayor Menchie Abalos and Representative Neptali Gonzales II led the groundbreaking for the Mandaluyong City Legislative Building at the city hall compound.

The soon-to-rise eighteen-story building, brings together elected officials, government representatives and community members, demonstrating unity, commitment, and shared responsibility toward the project.
