“Through this Seminar-Workshop on Electronic Records Management (ERM), I developed a strong appreciation for the importance of effectively managing records in the digital age. This knowledge will greatly assist me as a newly hired Records Officer in developing and recommending policies for the organization, as well as implementing records management measures in our office.
I learned that maintaining an inventory of records is not just about legal compliance, it also provides critical information on how records are categorized and how they should be protected from cyber threats while remaining easily retrievable when needed. The seminar emphasized the importance of precautions and careful planning to keep electronic records safe and secure.”

“Today, where traditional paper records are progressively being transformed into electronic records due to rapid technological advancement, the National Archives of the Philippines has once again accomplished an impressive and exceptional feat. By creating a policy and conducting a seminar workshop on Electronic Records Management (ERM), they have contributed to raising the understanding and capabilities of every record custodian in the management, preservation, and disposition of electronic records.
As records personnel who is responsible for protecting and preserving our Bureau’s information, I would like to express my gratitude to NAP for all the seminar-workshops I have attended, which have always reminded me that I should take pride in being a Records Officer.”
