1. When can I apply for Non Pro License?
ANSWER: As early as 1 month and 1 day after the issuance of
Student Permit until the expiration of your Student
Permit.
2. Will I take an Examination to get a Non Pro License?
ANSWER: Yes. You will take 2 examinations
1. Actual Exam at LTO Computer - 60 questions
with 48 as passing mark
2. Practical Exam - actual driving test done at LTO
3. If i fail at the Exams when can i retake it?
ANSWER: 1. Actual Exam at LTO computer - you can retake it
as early as one day after the failed exam

5. Can I reuse my medical certificate for non pro license?
ANSWER : Yes provided that you apply for non pro earlier before

ANSWER: Php 585.00
2. If my license is expired how much is the penalty?
ANSWER: If your license is expired for 1 day up to 364 days
penalty is Php 75.00 if 365 up to 2 yrs Php 150.00.
More than 2 yrs penalty of Php 225.00
3. If my license is expired by more than 2 yrs what should i do?
ANSWER: If more than 2 yrs up to 10 yrs. Prepare the necessary
requirements for renewal and review as you will need
RE EXAMINATION
**If more than 10 yrs and you have no more records at
LTO you will have to start from student driver permit
