HQ Support Technician
The HQ Support Technician is responsible for providing systems support for all HQ, distribution center and employees. The Technician will practice Total Contact Ownership to facilitate problem resolution, update and maintain tickets, and communicate regularly with clients.
IT Support Technician
The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing support to the client and will practice Total Contact Ownership to facilitate problem resolution. Some of the functions are as follows but not limited to; (a) assist, analyze, resolve, track, and where necessary escalate system hardware and software incidents, (b) provide Tier 1 telephone support in accordance with operating and service level agreements and (c) support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, application software, peripherals, and POS systems in accordance with department processes and service level
Qualifications:
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Information Systems/Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Fresh Graduates and Interns who are willing to be trained
• Systems Knowledge: Windows OS, MS Office Suite 2010, MS Outlook, Symantec Antivirus, TCPIP, DNS, DHCP
• Start date September and October
