Very effective a lost 10 kgs in 30 days. I weighed 78 kilos initially then after consuming all the capsules, my weight now is 68. © I did alternating intake of 2 caps and 1 cap every other. I noticed Kasi when I take 2 caps everyday I experience palpitations and had difficulty sleeping which is okay for me since I have to finish some works at night when my kid is sleeping. Very effective for appetite suppression. Other side effects are thirst/dry mouth, sweating so make sure you are well hydrated, bring some towel to wipe your sweats and always bring your water with you.
So far, I'm 3 days off the pills. I plan to maintain my current weight by diet restrictions but I plan to order again once I see my weight rebound since I haven't reached my goal BMI.
