ESP Batch 1 Pilgrimage: Biyahe ni Juan: Panalangin at Pagninilay

On July 21, 2024, our dedicated External Service Personnel (ESP), consisting of Building and Ground Maintenance staff and security guards, embarked on the inaugural series of spiritual pilgrimage with the theme “Biyahe ni Juan: Panalangin at Pagninilay.” Their journey included visits to:

1. La Salle Novitiate House and Memorial Cloister at De La Salle Lipa, Lipa City, Batangas

2. Parish and National Shrine of St. Padre Pio in Sto. Tomas, Batangas

3. Santuario De La Salle at De La Salle University, Laguna Campus, Biñan, Laguna

The pilgrimage was enriched by the presence of Br. Antonio Cesar “Bong” Servando FSC, who shared his inspiring Lasallian insights and the heritage of the Lasallian community in the Philippines. This experience reinforced our unity as One Lasallian Family and underscored the unique and vital role each member plays in our Lasallian mission.

Welcoming Esteemed Education Administrators from Papua New Guinea for Benchmarking!

The Lasallian Pastoral Office was honored to host esteemed education administrators from Papua New Guinea on July 8, 2024. Accompanied by Br. Raffy Reyes, FSC, the administrators conducted a benchmarking visit of our faith formation programs and operational services. Their benchmarking itinerary included tours of the ASIST facilities and office, as well as The Learning Commons, the DLSU main library.

We deeply appreciate this opportunity to share and learn together.

With faith in the resurrection, the Lasallian East Asia District (LEAD) announces the passing of Dr. Estrella S. Castañeda AFSC on 28 June 2024. She was 84 years old and an Affiliate of the De La Salle Brothers for 37 years.

Eternal rest grant unto Estrella, O Lord.
And let perpetual light shine upon her.
And may the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
