GUIDELINES ON GRANTING OF SCHOLARSHIPS TO PRESIDENT AND DEAN'S LISTERS EFFECTIVE SCHOOL YEAR 2020-2021

"To qualify as a President’s Lister/University Scholar, a student should have a general weighted average of at least 1.50 and no grade lower than 2.50 in any subject and no failed, dropped, incomplete, withdrawn, not set, passed, or blank mark one month after the last day of encoding of grades for each semester."

"To qualify as a Dean’s Lister/College Scholar, a student should have a general weighted average of at least 1.75 and no grade lower than 2.50 in any subject and no failed, dropped, incomplete, withdrawn, not set, passed, or blank mark one month after the last day of encoding of grades for each semester."

The policy applies to PUP Main, Branches, and Campuses undergraduate students with REGULAR status from any year level who meet the academic requirements for a resident scholarship. A regular student is registered for formal academic credits and carries the full load required by his or her curriculum in a given semester (reference: PUP Student Handbook). A student who carried the full load required in a given semester by his/her curriculum and was approved for overload is disqualified.

You may claim your monetary incentive at the Cashier's Office from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Meanwhile, in accordance with the instruction from the Fund Management Office, a representative may also claim the cash incentive upon presentation of a letter of authorization along with a copy of any valid ID of the student, alumni and their representative.

Please make sure to strictly adhere to your schedule for claiming your incentive. However, if you fail to claim your incentive during your designated schedule, you may still claim them on November 16 and 17.
