While its south-facing facade utilizes a more private and closed composition of architectural elements, Crocker House’s rear elevation generously opens up to the north and takes advantage of the property’s beautiful location, which features amazing views of nearby San Francisco 🫰🏼

From carefully mapping out the optimal openings, to refining their placements and compositions, a rhythmic pattern is established for the design development of “I Residence”.

A sneak peek at an office project we are currently working on, which just moved to CD Phase.

Instead of the typical, singular bungalow massing, Burgundy Residence was designed as an assembly of three smaller components to allow for openings that take advantage of the site’s orientation. These components would then define the house’s three main programs: Dine, lounge and sleep.

Burgundy Residence, a single-storey home that recently broke ground in Silang, Cavite, is our fifth house design project that went into construction in the last eight months 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Thrilled to be working again on a new house design project in our side of the metro! Commissioned less than a year ago, this 3-storey residence hopes to take advantage of its site’s favorable orientation as it responds to the property’s challenging terrain. Excited to further develop this project as we progress from these recently approved exterior renders! 🙏🏼
