On October 20 , 2023, the HUMSS 1C Social Science Club, in collaboration with other Club, and our dedicated teachers, embarked on an inspiring journey to safeguard our environment. Together, they joined clean-up drive, taking action to preserve the beauty of our Earth.

Witness the unity of our students from all year levels as they collaborate to nurture a cleaner mindset and transform cluttered spaces into a greener, cleaner haven.

BELATED HAPPY WORLD'S TEACHERS' DAY!

After our parents, it is the teacher who inculcates good values and wisdom into our lives. They play a very important role in every student's life. Words are not enough to express our gratitude to our teachers, therefore we dedicate 4th of October to all our beloved teachers who have taught us something about life and helped us to become a better individuals. Before finishing our high school and college, we tend to somehow forget our revered teachers who have been the building blocks of where we are today. So on this day, let us remember all our mentors and teachers and send them a gratitude message for playing such an important role in our lives. As we commemorate this day, let us honor and remember our forefathers who faught for the freedom of our beloved country. This day has both marked an end and a beginning. Therefore let us keep the fire of patriotism burning in our hearts.

People with different sexual orientations have faced multiple discrimination in society and workplaces. It is high time we celebrate their rights unprejudiced this Pride Month!

Pride is celebration of identity, gender and race, sexuality, and every other minority. It is a fight towards equal human rights, tolerance, and acceptance. It also refers to the achievements of the members of the community towards equal rights.

Today and starting everyday, Equality is something attainable with love, empathy and unity.

In commemoration of the 37th Year Anniversary of EDSA People Power Revolution we have continued to remember this momentous occasion by honoring the sacrifices of our countrymen who fought the dictatorship. Remembering and paying tribute to the Filipino People who stood up for their rights and poured out their armed forces for the desired peace and freedom for the beloved country.

It is not just about looking back at history, but also reflecting on our PRESENT and our FUTURE.

Let us not forget the truth behind the chaos. Let us work towards a brighter tomorrow for all Filipinos!

As we commemorate the 37th anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution, here are some trivias that will remind us the essence and symbolism of the movement.

The foundation week has finally come to a close. After spending the previous two years celebrating alone in our home due to the pandemic, we now have the opportunity to participate in the foundation week that we desired and deserved.

The HUMSS 1C Social Science Club would like to convey its gratitude and appreciation to everyone who participated in and supported our Aling Bebang's Booth and our Jail Booth for the entire foundation week.
