As we formally end the Academic Year 2023-2024, we praise God for the lives of CBF UPV's new members! 💙💜💚

The organization welcomed the new members last May 16, 2024, in Miagao Fundamental Baptist Church with the presence of our dear pastors. We thank the Lord for these individuals who offered their lives and time to further expand His kingdom!

Last June 5-6, 2024, the organization had its Sem-ender Fellowship at Camp Nikos, Guimaras! 🌊🌅 It is such a delight to end this academic year with our brothers and sisters in Christ, praising Him for His sustaining grace and faithfulness to our organization and our lives.

It has been two months since the annual Campus Bible Fellowship Cantata happened. This was in partnership with the CBF ISAT-U, and the organization is beyond grateful to everyone who made this event a success. Thank you to the sponsors, alumni, members, pastors, and everyone who prayed for the Cantata.💙💜💚

Praise Jesus for the gift of music and evangelism! May more people get to know Jesus Christ and experience His love and grace.

Indeed, Jesus Christ is our living hope. ♡

1 Chronicles 16:34 says, "Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever." ♡

Indeed, God is so good! Last May 10, 2024, the Campus Bible Fellowship UPV & ISAT-U, had a Cantata Thanksgiving and Send-Off Celebration to our beloved pastors. 🎤🎊💟

With the double celebration, we were reminded of the goodness of Jesus in our lives and organization. It is only through God's grace and faithfulness that we could pull off the event and touch the lives of those who attended.

Praise God for the lives of our pastors, alumni, members of the organization, and everyone who attended the Cantata! 😍 May we continue to be a blessing to all that we may meet.

In the ultimate showdown of biblical brilliance last ⒶⓅⓇⒾⓁ ①⑦, ②⓪②④—ⓈⓄⓁⒶ ⓈⒸⓇⒾⓅⓉⓊⓇⒶ revealed the true bible brainiacs among us!🤓🧠🤯

It was all by the grace of the Most High God that this event was a resounding success. Despite our human limitations and shortcomings, His grace prevailed, ensuring everything fell into place seamlessly.🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

As the quiz comes to a conclusion, it's evident that UPV students aren't just dedicated to academics—they're also deeply knowledgeable about the scripture, which is commendable! What is a Growth Team Fellowship? 🤔 Every Thursday, CBF Growth Teams meet and reflect on the Word of God. This is a small group fellowship in UPV Campus Bible Fellowship where bonds are strengthened in our respective groups as we learn more about Jesus Christ.

As we delved deep into the profound truth of God's great provision, during the 𝔾𝕣𝕠𝕨𝕥𝕙 𝕋𝕖𝕒𝕞 𝔽𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕠𝕨𝕤𝕙𝕚𝕡 🙌🏻 last 𝙏𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮, 𝘼𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙡 11, 2024, we gained knowledge on thr surrounding 𝓱𝓾𝓶𝓪𝓷𝓲𝓽𝔂 𝓸𝓯 𝓙𝓮𝓼𝓾𝓼 𝓒𝓱𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓽 ✨️ and its pivotal role in our salvation. In our exploration, we uncovered the intricate plan of God—a provision that required a savior who could bear divine wrath and yet embody perfect obedience as a human. 🤍🤍🤍

As we reflected on the reality of Christ's humanity—His human origin, bodily existence, and growth 🌻—we marveled at how He walked among us, fully embracing our human experience while carrying the holiness in His life. This 💕 𝓶𝔂𝓼𝓽𝓮𝓻𝔂 𝓸𝓯 𝓒𝓱𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓽'𝓼 𝓭𝓾𝓪𝓵 𝓷𝓪𝓽𝓾𝓻𝓮, fully God and fully man, reveals the 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗵 of 𝗚𝗼𝗱'𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 and 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 to our 𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. 🙌🏻💓

Understanding the necessity of Christ's humanity isn't just a theological exercise but a transformative truth that impacts every aspect of our lives. Jesus Christ has given us this 𝓹𝓻𝓸𝓿𝓲𝓼𝓲𝓸𝓷 𝓸𝓯 𝓷𝓮𝔀 𝓵𝓲𝓯𝓮 ✨ in His likeness. Last 𝔾𝕣𝕠𝕨𝕥𝕙 𝕋𝕖𝕒𝕞 𝔽𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕠𝕨𝕤𝕙𝕚𝕡 on 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝 21, 2024, 🫶 we were reminded of the wonderful sacrifice and life that Jesus lived on Earth that became a living testimony of the importance of Christ’s divinity as a God; rooted in 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 and 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 from 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧, 𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣, 𝙖𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙡𝙚𝙨, 𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙨, and 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙨 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩 Himself. Thus, He deserved the greater glory above all. As His children, we should honor and worship Him, and seek Him deeper by studying His word recognizing His amazing attributes, holy names, good deeds, and sovereignty above all else. ☝🏻💝

In the 💖 𝓭𝓲𝓿𝓲𝓷𝓲𝓽𝔂 𝓸𝓯 𝓒𝓱𝓻𝓲𝓼𝓽, He is one the Father and the Holy Spirit and He alone is our Savior who came to rescue us from the lake of fire. Through loving and humble sacrifice, we became righteous in His eyes because we believe and commit our lives to His Godhood. With that, we abide in His commands and give all the glory to His name, as a response to His Divinity.

Our everyday hectic schedules frequently leave us feeling exhausted and the good news is there is a powerful remedy as suggested by Apostle Paul: 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿. We are always encouraged to rejoice, pray, and give thanks for this is a vital component of a pleasant Christian life. 🙌

The emphasis on "without ceasing" in prayer does not literally suggest a never-ending monologue directed above. Instead, it encourages a continuous conversation with God that is weaved throughout each day. We can include prayer into our daily routine in a number of ways, such as saying a quick prayer of thanksgiving while going to school 🚘, asking for wisdom before making a tough decision ✍️, or taking a time to think before going to bed 🛌.

This constant interaction ᴘʀᴏᴍᴏᴛᴇꜱ ᴊᴏʏ ☀️– reassuring us of God's unwavering love. It ꜰᴏꜱᴛᴇʀꜱ ɢʀᴀᴛɪᴛᴜᴅᴇ 🙏– enabling us to value every little thing. And last, it ɢɪᴠᴇꜱ ᴄᴏᴍꜰᴏʀᴛ ᴀɴᴅ ꜱᴛʀᴇɴɢᴛʜ 👥 during trying times. We give God our worries and anxieties in exchange for His peace. 🤍

Every Wednesday, in CBF, we are always reminded of the essence of prayer. 𝓙𝓸𝓲𝓷 𝓾𝓼 in developing a closer relationship with God and finding a source of joy, gratitude, and strength in our lives. 💙💜💚

Let's look back to an unforgettable fellowship before the reading break on March 26, 2024, where the servant God Pastor Melchor Valenzuela delivered the message with the theme “𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣”, drawing from 1 𝑪𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒔 15:17–22 𝑵𝑲𝑱𝑽, we immersed ourselves in the truth that Christ's resurrection is the cornerstone of our faith, offering redemption and eternal life. Reflecting on His victory over death, we were inspired to live with renewed hope and purpose. As we journeyed through the Scriptures, we were reminded of the transformative impact of His resurrection on every aspect of our lives.

Many of us bear physical and emotional burdens. Most of us strive and endeavor. The best thing is that in 𝗛𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗲𝘄𝘀 4:8-11, there is a path that leads to God's promise of rest — 𝘍𝘢𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘖𝘣𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦. 👐

Just like how God finished His astonishing work and rested, this 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 is about giving up on trying and putting all your faith in God's supply — freed from the weight of independence. From this perspective, this isn't laziness, but rather dependence on His grace and faithfulness. Entering into God’s rest is a life in which you can genuinely come to an end from your labors and find serenity in Him. 🙌✨

Through faith and obedience, we can actively pursue this 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭. When we align ourselves with His will and give up our fears, we will be able to experience God's peace.

This serves as a reminder that even though Joshua led the Israelites to Canaan, they haven't had their rest because of disobedience, keeping them away from the profound serenity promised by God.

Go deeper into the idea of the ✨ 𝙵𝚒𝚗𝚊𝚕 𝚂𝚊𝚋𝚋𝚊𝚝𝚑✨. Find a life full of serenity and purpose with God. 💙💜💚

Every day is another opportunity to thank God for His unending love and kindness toward us. He gave us another chance to live, laugh, and glorify His name. 🙌🏻✨️ What an amazing privilege He has given to us despite our sinfulness. Indeed, He alone is our one and only God and savior who will abide with us all the days of our lives. ♥️

In a simple way of calling and coming to God in prayer, He immediately welcomes us with open arms to give us a warm and loving hug that lightens our burden. Truly, our rest is found in His presence. 😌🍂 As 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙬 11:28-30 (KJV) says, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Hence, let us entrust our lives to Him above everything else because He deserves to be adored. 💝

𝗣𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲. 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆. 𝗣𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝗼𝗱. 🤍🤍🤍 He hears and knows your heart. All the things that make you happy and sad, He knows it all. So when you feel lost and you don’t understand, take time to pause and talk to God. 💗 You can write it down, like the CBF’s 𝔾𝕣𝕠𝕨𝕥𝕙 𝕋𝕖𝕒𝕞 𝔽𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕠𝕨𝕤𝕙𝕚𝕡 “𝓓𝓪𝓽𝓮 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝓙𝓮𝓼𝓾𝓼” activity last 𝙏𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮, which allowed each CBFer to have a personal and intimate talk with God individually. ✨️

What a humbling and satisfying moment that is. Just being alone and thinking of God’s wonderful work in our lives. We can never thank Him enough because nothing can ever compare to His love and faithfulness in us. In that while, we were still sinners, underserving of it all. Thank You, Lord! All glory to You above all. 💯❣️

“But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.” - 1 𝙋𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙧 5:10 KJV✊🏻🌻

In life, we experience a lot of things that challenge our faith in God. We may feel down with all the heaviness in our hearts and minds, but God is wonderful because He is such a great friend not only in our happiest moments, as well as in our lowest. 🥺✨️ That is all because of a privilege He gave to us that we are able to talk to Him through prayer day by day. And we thank Him for that because without it we will be left all alone in this cruel world. 💖

Here at CBF, every 𝙒𝙚𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜, we take time to participate in a 𝓼𝓪𝓬𝓻𝓮𝓭 ℙ𝕣𝕒𝕪𝕖𝕣 𝕋𝕚𝕞𝕖 🙏🏻 to speak to God and humbly pour out ourselves to Him. This way, we are able to share with Him and our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ our concerns and gratitude for His goodness and unforsaken love towards us. 🙌🏻

Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.” 🤍

These words of God bestowed and preached to us by his servant last Tuesday, reminded us to live in this world in 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, leading us to have a beautiful mind that thinks of pure things. ✨️ As children of God, we should strive to make ourselves better and share a testimony of God’s goodness with others. 💞

With that being said, Let us ponder and do the things that please and honor God. We, the people of God should 𝓶𝓮𝓭𝓲𝓽𝓪𝓽𝓮, 𝓹𝓻𝓪𝓬𝓽𝓲𝓬𝓮, and 𝓼𝓽𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓯𝓲𝓻𝓶 in the teachings engraved in the 𝙃𝙤𝙡𝙮 𝘽𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚, the word of God which is our strong foundation. May we not only be readers and hearers, but doers of the word that we may glorify God and make Him known to all. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Let us embrace a morally pleasing life in this world full of impurity and immoral things. Become a representative of God in works, deeds, and thoughts, and seek Him deeper by prayer, devotion, and fellowship among other Christians.
