Reason why you should never let your saving go to bank. Invest it to properties and businesses.
NASA BANK LANG BA ANG PERA MO?
According to a recent report by BSP, 54 million Filipinos ang wala pang investments, and siguro mostly ang pera nila nasa bank lang.
Pag lahat ng pera mo nasa bank lang, most banks here in our country 0.125% lang ang interest.
And that's one of the reasons WHY YOU SHOULD INVEST.
There's no guaranteed returns pag nag-invest ka but if you'll invest your time first to study and learn on how investing works, malaki ang probability na kikita ka.
You can even get yourself insured na may kasamang investment options.
This is also why we do what we do, para dumami ang Pilipino na nag-iinvest sa bansa.

Think wisely!!
When most of the people get money they think its time to buy a nice car, but its just a short term enjoyment, instead they should invest in assets which will automatically produce money to buy a bigger car even before. Be wise.

ANG PAGSE-SEAMAN AY HINDI PERMANENTE!.
Not in this lifetime.
Ang seaman can only be as good as his experiences and skills, na ang employment ay tatlo hanggang siyam na buwan lamang, at kapag tumanda kana, pwede kana palitan ng mas bata at mas malakas sa'yo
Always listen first to the opportunities given! You may not know that this opportunity will take away the number 1 problem which is money!
Our midweek motivation comes from our 2020 Summit at the start of the month when William Kamkwamba, inventor and author of The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind, shared this powerful message!
"Sana nagnegosyo ako, may pera sana ako kahit tambay ngayon"
Mas maaga tayong makapag negosyo, mas maaga tayong matututo. You are actually getting better as you run it!
I am willing to help you!
If you follow best practices for how you spend and save your money, your finances should essentially take care of themselves - and you should be able to benefit from the financial security that comes with making smart money moves.
According to JACK MA, Number 1 richest man in Asia and Number 18 richest man in the world.
If you are at least 35 years old and you are still financially broke meaning no savings, you deserve it!
You want to know why there are a lot of poor people? It's because when they see opportunities, they spend their time doubting it.
Most poor people don't want to try new career or new business opportunities because they think of what would other people say if they go for this opportunity. Poor people live their life with fear. Successful people are courageous and brave and love taking calculated risks.
If you're an aspiring entrepreneur, this is a reminder for you.

“The greatest job in the world!”
They say that the three most important decisions in life are:
1. What you do (your work)
2. Where you do it (your working environment)
3. With whom you do it (your coworkers)
So, kung stress ka sa ginagawa mo…slowly losing your health, you feel there’s little or no progress…it’s very likely it has to do with any of those three.
What I love being what I call “lifestyle entrepreneur” is I have the freedom to design a life that will give me satisfaction.
Imagine a day where…
• You’re doing what you love to do.
• You’re in a place where you’re inspired to work every day
• You work with people that are fun to be with.
PLUS, you can choose when you work and when you don’t — no more alarm clock.
Ultimately, these are all the benefits of being a lifestyle entrepreneur.
This is…”The greatest job in the world!”
Why should I retire?
No doubt, maganda ang kitaan sa online business. I have students who are now making millions.
But I believe that the satisfaction on what they do is the greatest benefits they gained. It’s something that money can’t buy.
Unfortunately, many people are living a stressful life because…
• They hate what they do (working purely for money)
• They hate the environment they’re in (cubicle world)
• They hate the people around them (office politics)
That’s why work-related stress is now one of the leading/ cause of DEATH. It’s slowly but surely killing people.
Why am I sharing this?
To inspire you to take action and control your lives.
And there’s no better time to start a business but today.
With the Internet, automation, marketing opportunities, the risk is much lower.
You can start an online business with as little as P1,000 to get started selling digital products like e-books, online courses, or even coaching people.
Sa bahay ka lang. You can do this before or after work. Pwede din sa weekend.
But, just like in any other business, you must be willing to learn new skills and persist until you see your desired results. And if this is something you’re interested in…
People with big dreams make it happen!
It doesn't matter if you are busy with your 8-5 work, always maximize your free time doing business after work!
Everything has its own price. If you still waste your time on Facebook, Youtube, or entertainment for the whole day, don't expect something better.
In business the first step is always the hardest! It is always the decision to be out of your comfort zone. What would you like feel comfort while having money problems? Or have hardship now and solve the money problem after? Choice is yours!
A Journey Of A Thousand Miles Begins With The First Step !
Everyone has their one strong points and has their own purpose! Don't look for someone's success and be successful at your own pace!
Reach your financial dreams!
People will always put an opportunity behind because of one only FACTOR! and that is COMFORT. If they are comfortable on the situation they had and has a sufficient money for now, they are more likely to enjoy themselves, bur what comes after that? after you have exhausted all the money you gain as a salary?
Use your time wisely and always take a look at every opportunity that comes to you! All Billionaires decides at one thing first and that is to give the OPPORTUNITY as shot!
If you will not start now, then when? Don't let your success put on delay. 😊

Stop Making Excuses For Your Failure!
Oftentimes, I have people coming to me asking for advice on how to get out of the rat-race.
So, I give them my honest opinion as to what I’d do in their situation.
And even though they’re asking me for advice, I always get those people who give me an excuse as to why my advice doesn’t work for them.
The worst excuses typically involve their age.
I hear, “I’m too old.” or “I’m too young.”
I tell them that age has nothing to do with it.
It’s your mindset that determines whether you will succeed or fail at anything you do in life.
Just look at Mikaila Ulmer.
She’s the 11-year old Texas entrepreneur who secured an $11 million deal with Whole Foods to sell her brand of lemonade.
The ingenious 6th grader, developed her signature Me & The Bees lemonade stand when she was just 9-years old. 🍋
She got the recipe from her grandmother and got busy making an empire.
Makalia also donates a portion of her products to bee rescue foundations. 🐝
Now, this is an entrepreneur who has the right mindset.
Not only does she use her money to give back, she also doesn’t use age as an excuse as to why she can’t succeed.
And neither should you!
Makailia’s story is inspirational and should remind you that excuses are a dime a dozen.
For anyone who wants to leave the rat race and secure financial freedom, one of the best ways is to start an online business.
And it’s easier now, than when I started out, all thanks to the power of the internet
(C) Robert Kiyosaki
Prove them Wrong!
Never give up no matter how long or dark it may seem
Poor mindset: How much does it cost?
Rich mindset: How much does it make?
Poor mindset: What if I fail?
Rich mindset: Watch me succeed.
Poor mindset: Invest in gadgets and entertainment
Rich mindset: Invest in business
Poor mindset: It's enough for my family's future
Rich mindset: I have to secure my family's future
Poor mindset: Listen to negative people
Rich mindset: Listen to successful people
Poor mindset: Works for money
Rich mindset: Money works for you
Guard your mind! Mindset is everything.

FILIPINO MINDSET = Study and get a job.
CHINESE MINDSET = Study and start a business. Then bili na ng house and lot, car and start ulit ng ibang business.
CHANGE YOUR MINDSET
