Who can donate?
✅ Healthy individuals
✅ Aged 16-65
✅ Meet weight requirements (50Kgs/110 lbs)
✅ Haven't donated recently (3 Months)
✅ Blood pressure within the range of:
SYSTOLIC: 90-160 mmHg
DIASTOLIC: 60-100 mmHg
✅ Passed the physical and health examination (Conducted at the blood donation area).
