It has begun! 30 software developers from Dagupan City and the neighboring areas will be the first batch of Proxor test takers. This will be their passport to become the first "citizens" of Spring Valley!

CMI Consulting, headed by CMI's Managing Partner and CEO, Jonathan Defensor De Luzuriaga, will create the first Dagupan IT-BPM Roadmap. The Roadmap aims to align all stakeholders in the Region to prepare the City of Dagupan as a destination for IT-BPM Services.
