Today, 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 a meeting was held to prepare for the upcoming 𝐋𝐂𝐔𝐀𝐀, involving the student councils from 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐂𝐒 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥, 𝐁𝐒𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲, 𝐀𝐂𝐓 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐒𝐂𝐒 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲. Led by 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜. On August 2, 2024, at Emerald Hall, the CITCS Student Council, along with minor organizations BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, Associate in Computer Technology, and the PLMun Cross-Dev Society, held an event to recognize and appreciate CITCS students who have shown dedication, hard work, and commitment to representing the CITCS Department in both academic and extracurricular activities.

The program commenced with Mr. Alain J. Anuevo, the Dean of the CITCS Department, delivering the opening remarks. This was followed by a message of support from Ms. Missy Jane A. Cammayo, the Deputy Student Regent of the University Student Council. Also in attendance were Mr. Rommel Diñoso, Mr. Joshua Tigno, Mr. Steven Barizo, Ms. Vicky Solatorio, and Mr. Adrian Clark Wick.

The event proceeded with the presentation of awards to outstanding CITCS students:

Ms. Evangeline Q. Mancia, MIT, the Adviser of the CITCS Student Council, concluded the event by expressing appreciation to the CITCS Student Leaders and the CITCS Students.

Mr. Antonio Arciaga III and Ms. Patricia Mitch Reyes served as hosts for the event.
