Here are refreshing tips from OAA to help you keep cool and comfortable all summer long:

1. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water. Hydrating with water lets the body maintain normal functions. Refrain from having sugary drinks as it tends to make you more thirsty.
2. Dress lightly. Wear light-colored and wear breathable fabrics. Wearing light-colored clothes made of cotton helps minimize heat absorption and promotes better airflow.
3. Take breaks. Schedule regular breaks in cool or air-conditioned areas. This allows your body to recover and rest from the heat.

What is a Heat Index?

The heat index combines air temperature and relative humidity in shaded areas ​to relate to us and how we perceive ​it as equivalent temperature, such as how hot it would feel​.​

Stay cool by taking a shower and wearing light and loose clothes. Avoid outdoor activities and stay indoors if necessary. Drink water, especially when performing physical activities.

In the 2nd quarter of 2023, the entire team of OAA gathered for a sumptuous lunch at The Alley, BGC. Amidst the vibrance of the place and the excellence of the food served, it was a fantastic opportunity for the team to reconnect and catch up with each other. This day was truly a feast for both the stomach and the soul!

A huge part of our highlights as well was our Managing Director's birthday party/Team dinner held in one of OAA's favorite spots in Alabang. It was a night filled with laughter, excitement and love.
