Public Advisory

The City Health Office and the City Treasurer's Office including the Business One Stop Shop will temporarily stop operations from January 17 to 22, 2022 to protect the transacting public from risk of infection after some of its employees tested positive for COVID19.

Their Offices will resume operations on January 24, 2022, Monday.

Even prior to this event, the City Mayor has already requested the Sangguniang Panlungsod to move the deadline of payment of business taxes, fees and charges without penalties and surcharges. We will announce soonest the new deadline once approved by the Sanggunian.

The new cases have been linked to care and treatment..

From January-June, 2021,
a rise in number of clients reactive to syphilis antibody tests
was also observed. This includes pregnant women and their partners who were treated at the soonest possible time.

Early detection and treatment are essential to prevent the spread of syphilis, especially vertical or mother-to-child transmission. Conge***al syphilis happens when a fetus acquires the infection before birth.

We provide prophylactics - condoms & l***s - at Naga City SHC to promote safer s*x practices and thereby, prevent the spread of s*xually transmitted infections like syphilis, HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, ge***al herpes, ge***al warts, etc.
