Education fund- Ito ay pondo para sa pag-aaral ng ating mga anak for tuition fees, allowance, project expenses etc .
This term is general. It means availability of our resources when the financial need for education arises lalo na kapag nagcollege na mga anak natin.

Once you search the net for Educ Plans in the PH, ang lalabas dyan ay mga Insurance + Investment plans.

𝗣𝘄𝗲𝗱𝗲 𝗯𝗮 𝗶𝘁𝗼?

Yes!! Naman po. Pwedeng pwede.

So paano ba nagagamit ang Insurance + Investments bilang Educ Fund?

1. When we get VUL, we'll be saving money (portion of which goes to fund our Insurance, and portion is accumulated in our chosen investment — more on stocks and bonds).

2. Habang nag-iipon tayo para sa future use, makakasiguro tayo na whatever happens to us (as the INCOME PROVIDER), hindi basta basta matitigil ang pag-iipon.

Imagine, saving it all in the bank. Bukod sa di natin mapipigilan ang inflation, may life uncertainties din tayong kinakatakutan. Baka ang pondong iniipon natin for our babies educ fund, mapunta sa medical bills natin.

Note: Kaya better when getting educ fund, hindi yung mga ANAK natin ang main priority na iinsure. Bakit? Kasi ang purpose ng insurance is to lower the risk of impact pag may nangyari sa atin bilang INCOME PROVIDER. (So dapat tayong parents muna ang may insurance)

3. To some Traditional Insurance (like PRULOVE, newest plan na inooffer ni PRU) - policyholders can also make a loan from it.
Oh diba, just in case, magagamit natin yung loan feature at mas mababa ang interest nito compared sa bank.

We can explore a lot of options on how to save for our child's education. Nandyan ang stocks, bonds, UITF, MP2 Pag-ibig, PERA accounts, etc.

Again, in investing, set our goal first. Then breakdown the necessary steps to fulfill that goal.
