Congratulations to Mt. Samat Chapter No. 32, Order of DeMolay, on the triumphant and memorable 81st Public Installation of Officers for Term B-2024!

This remarkable event was graced by the presence of distinguished guests, including the Grand Master of the Supreme Council Order of DeMolay, Hon. Raymund Joseph Ian O. Mendoza, the National Master Councilor Bro. Frederick Emmanuel T. Atanacio, and our esteemed Grand Line Officers of the Supreme Council Order of DeMolay of the Republic of the Philippines. We were also honored to welcome members of the DeMolay National Congress, Grand Priory of the Order of Knighthood, members of the Order Of Knighthood from various priories, members of the DeMolay Alumni Association of the Philippines, our dads from Bataan Masonic Lodge no. 104 F&AM, members of Bataan DeMolay Alumni Chapter, senior members of Mt. Samat Chapter and our brethren from various chapters across NCR and Region III.

The ceremony was a testament to the enduring spirit and commitment of our brotherhood. The successful installation of our new officers marks the beginning of another chapter filled with promise and dedication. It is through such events that we continue to uphold the values of DeMolay, fostering leadership, fellowship, and service among our members.

A special highlight of the evening was the well-deserved recognition of Mom. Virginia "Mom Gie" C. Besid, who received an award from the Grand Master in acknowledgment of her extraordinary 42 years of dedicated service to our chapter. Mom Gie's unwavering commitment and guidance have been a big part of our success and growth.

The installation of the new Advisory Council was also held, headed by Dad David R. Velasco, the Worshipful Master of Bataan Lodge No. 104. Their guidance and leadership will undoubtedly steer our chapter toward greater achievements and uphold the values we cherish.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and supported this significant occasion. Most of all to our Senior DeMolays in Mt. Samat Chapter, the Bataan DeMolay Alumni Chapter, and to our dads in Bataan Masonic Lodge no. 104, your presence and encouragement mean the world to us. To our newly installed officers, may you lead with integrity, passion, and the shared vision of strengthening our chapter and community.

Fourteen (14) Active members of the Chapter and 1 Senior Demolay were present in the meeting.

The Master Councilor of Meridian Heights Chapter No. 82 Order of Demolay and The Regional Master Councilor of RIII-A were also present.

125th Philippine Independence Day

Mt. Samat Chapter No. 32, Order of DeMolay, together with our brethren from Meridian Heights Chapter No. 82, Sisters from Bethel 13 and Dad Masons from Masonic District RIII-B attend the wreath laying ceremony held at the Bataan People's Center in Balanga City, Bataan.

With us are the members of the Provincial Council of Bataan led by Governor Joet Garcia, Vice Governor Cris Garcia, the chiefs and staff of the various departments of the Provincial Government.

A DeMolay is required under the 14 Codes of Ethics to uphold the reputation of a good and law-abiding citizen at all times. We abide by and respect the law in our communities, states, and countries. Committing or tolerating any sort of hazing goes against the values and moral principles of a DeMolay. Admission to our Order does not necessitate hazing. The desire to be a part of a group does not give us the right to harm or kill another person. As a result, our Order shall categorically forbid any type of hazing.

Tree Planting Activity

The Brethren of Mt. Samat Chapter No. 32, Order of Demolay sponsored by Bataan Lodge No. 104 together with Meridian Heights Chapter No. 82 Order of Demolay sponsored by Meridian Heights Lodge 268. Invites everyone to partake in their tree planting activity on December 21, 2022 at Sibul Nature Spring Resort, Dominican Hills Ave. Abucay, Bataan.

The ability of the land to adapt to climate change is improved by trees. Providing shade, storing minerals, preventing flood, and habitat for animals are just some of the things trees provide for us, all of these are advantages that trees provide for the ecosystem and for the people. All this are factors and reasons in why the two chapter decided to commence this activity.
