Year 2016 nadiagnose akong may PCOS, irregular period ako .. Pasador na talaga gamit ko nung dalaga ako lalo na nung nasa UAE ako nagtahi lang ako sa lumang punda, wala pa akong kaalaman about sa cloth pads/pasador lalo na ang proper take care neto .. Minsan lang ako gumamit ng disposable napkins kapag aalis ako ng bahay, nangangati din kasi ako sa disposable napkins ..

Fast forward, 2019 nagkababy na ako at 8months bago ako nag kaperiod, irregular period pa rin ako nyan .. Bumili ako ng cloth pads sa shopee pero yung parang china brand sya twice ko lang nagamit dahil hirap akong tanggalan ng blood stains .. Then last year nagtanong tanong ako kung saan may magandang cloth pads at may nag recommend sa'kin ng Sew-tiful cloth pads .. Hi Mommy Regene my virtual friend cding mom, sabi nya open pa ang Made to Order for month of August, kaya join agad ako sa group ng Mommy Anj Group (Sew-tiful by Anj) then nung naaccept ako nagslot ako agad for MTO .. First Sew-tiful fluffmail ko nung September di ko pa sya agad nagamit dahil no period ako, last period ko nun July pa, then month of October nagkaperiod na ako at first time ko nagamit ang Sew-tiful Cloth Pads .. Ang ganda nya promise, super heavy flow ako nun eh 3pcs lang heavy flow pads ko nun, mas madami yung regular flow pads at pantyliners kaya narealize ko need ko na naman mag slot for MTO para magpagawa ng overnight pads at dagdag heavy flow pads (October MTO) .. Second fluffmail ko November, slightly naadik na ako sa cloth pads ng Sew-tiful 🥰 Nung nag open ang January MTO, nag slot ulit ako 🤗

Simula noong nakagamit ako ng Sew-tiful cloth pads naging monthly period na ako October 2021 - January 2022 .. Feeling ko isa ito sa nakatulong sa akin para maging regular period at eto na naging permastash cloth pads brand ko .. Hopefully, tuloy tuloy na talaga na maging regular period ko 🙏

Kapag spotting pantyliner muna gamit ko .. Kapag lumakas na heavy flow pads na gamit ko 1st-2nd day, then sa gabi overnight pads, pag 3-5th day regular flow pads, 6-7th day pantyliners .. Every 3-4hrs change gawa ko puno man o hindi ..

Eto ang laba routine ko sa pag gamit ko ng Cloth Pads:
- Pre rinse, gamit ko malakas na force ng water (mabilis lang matanggalan ng blood sa AWJ Inner lining)
- Pre wash, gamit ko safeguard pure white (mabilis matanggal yung natitirang blood stains, feeling ko wala syang halong moisturizer or oil content unlike sa perla white o ibang sabong panligo)
- Wash na using detergent, balaw, sampay (no to fabcon)

After period, sabay sabay kong nilalabahan lahat ng nagamit kong cloth pads using detergent at baking soda 1hr babad muna then kusot, banlaw, 2nd banlaw dilute 1cap of bleach sa water then ibabad ang cloth pads for 15-30mins (gamit kong bleach ay zonrox color safe), lastly banlaw 3x hanggang sa mawala nag amoy ng zonrox .. Then plano ko every 6months na ako magstrip ng cloth pads lalo na kung wala namang issue sa absorbency ng cloth pads ..

The WMSU Pagadian City campus teacher recently received a Department of Science and Technology (DOST) grant worth PHP715,503 to develop studies on the active packaging films that incorporate the active components for food preservation such as antioxidants and antimicrobial agents to the packaging material, rather than a direct application of these components into food. Essential oils, which are known to exhibit both antioxidant and antimicrobial properties, are being added to packaging films in order to convert the films into active packaging.

Mao kini ang impormasyon kabahin sa City Ordinance No. 051,otherwise known as the Ormoc City Single-Use Plastic Products Regulation Ordinance of 2021.

Matod pa ni City Councilor Lalaine Marcos, ang implementasyon sa maong ordinansa nagsugod na niadtong February 10, 2021.

Apan ang mga tindahan ug mga establisyemento gihatagan ug unom (6) ka buwan aron sa paghurot ug gamit sa ilang mga existing supplies.

Ang mga SWM enforcer, magsugod na sab ug pang-issue ug mga citation tickets sa ilang mga pag-inspection aron sa pagpahinumdum sa tag-iya o nagdumala sa mga negosyo na ang balaod, gi-implementar na.

Ang mga silot sa pagpanlapas sa balaod sa maong ordinansa ipahamtang pagkahuman sa giingon na unom ka buwan.

"Penalties will only be imposed after six months for continued violations." Matod pa ni Konsehal Marcos.

Giklaro usab ni Konsehal Marcos na ang ordinansa usa ka regulasyon ug dili pag ban sa pag-gamit sa plastics.

Ang mga single-use plastics na walay laing alternatibo pwedeng gamiton apan i-regulate ang pag gamit niini.

Pananglitan ang mga ice ug ice candy wrappers. Tungod kay walay laing alternatibo niini, tugtan ang pagbaligya pag gamit ana apan sa iyang "intended use" lamang ug dili siya pwedeng gamiton sa pag-repack ug toyo, s**a, mantika ug uban pa, na pwede naman mabutang sa sudlanan.

Base sa maong ordinansa, BAWAL o GINADILI ang pag gamit sa mga musunod na mga klase sa plastics:

❌ Sando Bag ug Plastic Roll Bag (Pwede lamang mugamit ug BAGA na klase sa sando bag)

❌ Plastic Drinking Straw ug pangkutaw

❌ Single-use plastic cup ug styrofoam cup

❌ Styrofoam Food Pack

❌ Plastic na kutsara, tinidor, ug kutsilyo

➡️ Ang mga Oxo-bio roll bag, pwede lamang gamiton ang usa ka sapaw para sa pag re-pack sa mga wet goods, luto na pagkaon, asin, as**al, monggos.

➡️ Ang mga single-use plastic gloves pwede lamang gamiton sa mga nag-andam ug pagkaon ug nag alagad sa pagkaonan. BAWAL kini gamiton sa mga kustomer.

➡️ Ang mga ice/ice candy bag pwede lamang gamiton para sa paghimo ug ice, ice candy o pagrepack ug mga panakot sama sa paminta dahon ug liso, ahos, anis, ug uban pa sama niini.

➡️ Ang masakpan na milapas sa balaod makamulta ug dili muubos sa P3,000 o pagkapriso nga dili muubos sa usa (1) ka bulan.
