𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐄. Even with a negative test result, you must monitor yourself for COVID-19 symptoms and self-quarantine for 14 days after you were exposed to a positive case. It is possible to have a negative test on Day 6 and become symptomatic a few days later. For information on testing click here: http://www.smchd.org/covid-19-testing/
It's all around us. Please do not get infected while waiting to be vaccinated. Distancing is very effective now. It needs you to be near to transfer itself. The mask prevents you also from transferring it. Be considerate and respectful. Happy Monday.
The vaccines are coming. For the meantime, do not get infected. If you have it, prevent it from infecting others. You know how.
Happy New Year to All our Patients. Wishing everyone a healthy and safe 2021
SORRY, NO FACE-TO-FACE CONSULTATION STARTING TODAY. RESUME DEC. 28-29. BUT WE STILL HAVE TELEMEDICINE. CLINIC DISINFECTION
NOW OPEN!!!
A negative swab test result does not necessarily mean you are free of the virus. We have to consider the timing of testing from the last day of exposure to the confirmed COVID-19 case.
It is still recommended for close contacts to finish the 14-day quarantine period even after testing negative in an RT-PCR test for COVID-19.
Let's aim for a safe holiday season by complying to protocols. We can still celebrate with loved ones while not lowering our guards. Let us help break the chains of transmission.
Reminding :
in public to help slow the spread of COVID-19 but be sure to wear it the right way.
Position your mask so that it fully covers your nose and mouth. If you’re not wearing your mask properly, particles can spread.
For my patients : WE HAVE A HYBRID CLINIC. Telemedicine and scheduled face-to-face consultation. Call the clinic for more info.
Good morning. Let us be positive.
Let’s wear them properly!
Why are cases rising everyday?
We are all wearing ! Yes. Everyone. Why?

Good morning. Happy and blessed Sunday
Good morning. Kahibalo ko nga lisod kaayo panahon karon, pero dili ta mo surrender, mahuman ra ni tanan. Pray and hope. For the time being... dili ta magpatakod. Kahibalo na mo unsaon, do one and teach.
Let's be positive. Praying for an effective cure and vaccine. For the meantime, do not get infected. Remember " an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure".
Good morning. Let's continue practicing harm reduction. I see a lot of people wanting to get back to previous normal especially the young ones, well the virus is still around and waiting for the next host. It has become more infectious and more harmful. It needs humans to survive. So let's continue wearing mask PROPERLY, better with faceshield especially in public. Let's keep our distancing. Pray, lose weight, and be positive always. REMEMBER friends, we are all FRONTLINERS, THE HOSPITAL IS YOUR LAST LINE OF DEFENSE.
WHY WEAR FACE SHIELDS?
There is no known cure and vaccine available to combat the Coronavirus Disease.
This being said, starting August 15, DOTr will require ALL PASSENGERS using public transpo to wear FACE SHIELD as an additional "armor" to prevent transmission of the virus.

REMINDER.... PLEASE USE YOUR MASK PROPERLY. Do not be complacent. The enemy cannot be seen. GOOD DAY AND STAY SAFE.
Please read before sending us a message.
Telemedicine is the use of telephone, cellphone, computer or electronic gadget that will enable the doctor and patient to communicate with each other for the purpose of diagnosis, treatment, management, education, and follow-up care when a face-to-face consultation is not possible. Telemedicine consultations may involve live two-way audio and video, patient pictures, medical images, patient's medical records and other things that may be pertinent to the consultation. A physician-patient relationship is formed in this format.
Please let us not be complacent, let's keep our vigilance. Sars Cov2 is still around in fact there is a surge of cases around us. Some reports that it is mutating in order for it to survive and have become more infectious. It can stay in small droplets in the air hence possibly airborne. So let's continue the proven methods of mitigation and harm reduction. Again and again, wear your mask properly, physical distancing, hand washing, better with face shield so that you don't touch your mask and face always. Stay home if there's no need for you to be out.
Pahinumdom unsay korek. Tudloan nato ang wala makasabot. Molihok ta tanan. Protect us Lord.
Another reminder, since COVID has still no CURE, the only way we can beat this pandemic is by PREVENTION. Let’s be proactive. If you see somebody not wearing mask, not wearing it properly, not physically distancing, improper cough etiquette.... please remind them. This is our way to mitigate the spread of SARS COV2 and prevent infection. Remember, you are all frontliners. The hospital is our last line of defense.
COVID : Avoid the 3 C’s
- Crowded Places
- Close contact settings
- Confined and enclosed spaces
WHO
Telemedicine. This way we can serve our patients who has to stay home and cannot cross the borders. This is also a way to minimize patients from congregating in our clinic . Stay home if there is no need for you to go out, lessen exposure to the virus by wearing mask, face shield, distancing at least 6 feet and handwashing. Remember the virus cannot be seen. Good day.
The new normal. Endoscopy in this time. The things we need to do to help our patients. Reminding everyone to not forget masks, distancing and face shields. If going out is non essential, please stay home. The Lord will protect us all.
