3. We observe a no mask, no entry policy in the clinic .
4. We do not accept patients with cough, colds, fever or sore throat and with travel history . This includes the accompanying caregiver, mother or father.
5. Please alcoholize and step on the foot bath before entering the clinic when it is your turn.
6. Only 1 parent/caregiver is allowed inside the doctor's room.
7. Patients at the waiting area must maintain social distancing of at least 3 to 6 feet.
8. Please observe proper cough/sneeze etiquette.
