>A case of a 35/F patient with the chief complaint of "Gumagalaw ngipin ko"
> Upon examination, the tooth shows a horizontal fracture extending from mid-root to the neck of the tooth which is unrestorable.
>The tooth was removed and a lingual retainer splint was used on the broken crown to serve as an immediate prosthesis.
>Procedure showed as if there was no extraction done temporarily.

A case of a 16/Male patient with a missing tooth of 13. CT scan showed impacted tooth on the palatal area of tooth 14. Surgical and Orthodontic(braces) treatment was done to expose and align the tooth in to its correct position.

>Patient was referred to our office for assessment of growth on lateral border of tongue. A case of fibrous hyperplasia due to constant trauma and abrasion on occlusal surface of molars

>14x10mm soft tissue mass was removed

Correction of anterior crossbite with usage of previous extracted molar on left side and extraction of a tooth on the right.

Note periodontal problem on front teeth with gum recession.

Careful planning and movement of teeth to avoid damage to gums and bone and preserve the gingival health of the patient during braces.👌

Orthodontic treatment of 17/F patient with a 5-6mm overjet. Extraction of 2 teeth on the upper was done and front teeth was retracted to correct the overjet. Feeling of too much teeth on the upper lips was relieved and a more stable bite was established.

Oral prophylaxis to a patient with a prolaptic heart valve. Bacteria in the mouth can enter the bloodstream then go directly to the heart. Have a healthy oral cavity easily by having gum disease treated.

Don't wait on the wisdom tooth to cause irreversible damage on the adjacent tooth or on the surroundings.

Case history of a 21/M patient with a non healing ulcer on the cheek area infront of the upper 3rd molar. Patient also has a swelling or cellulitis on the right cheek due to swelling of gums on the impacted wisdom tooth.

Patient from UK with the chief complaint of not being able to wear dentures due to very sensitive palate. Dental Implants was recommended and was done 4 days after the inquiry. Fixed porcelain crowns and titanium abutments will be placed after a few months after osseointegration.

Rather than going through the intrusive cutting procedure of porcelain crowns, Inlays/Onlays can be your alternative treatment option.

Inlays/Onlays are for cavities that are too large for simple filling and for cavities involving the cusps of your tooth.
