There was an unfortunate incident near our takoyaki pan where a pin from our cork board, used to hold order receipts, dropped unnoticed and was mistakenly served to Ms. Cacar and her family.

To Ms. Cacar Divino and her family, we deeply regret any inconvenience, harm, or disappointment this has caused.

We have already addressed this issue with our staff to prevent any recurrence.

At Funtea Express, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Starting tomorrow, May 20, 2024, we regret to inform you that there will be a slight price increase on our Milktea and Takoyaki.

Despite our efforts to maintain steady prices, the continuous rise in the cost of supplies and ingredients has left us with no choice but to adjust accordingly.

Rest assured, we remain committed to providing you with the highest quality products and have chosen not to compromise by opting for alternative ingredients or brands.

While prices may change, our dedication to quality remains.
