The PhilSCA Supreme Student Council – Villamor Campus took proactive steps by conducting a heat response survey last April 15, 2024, Monday. This survey aimed to gauge the feasibility of transitioning from Face-to-Face Classes to Synchronous Classes on April 18 to 19, 2024, considering the prevailing heat index. The survey received an encouraging response of 1,819 submissions from PhilSCA students, indicating a strong inclination towards shifting to synchronous classes. Subsequently, the council promptly submitted a letter of appeal to the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) and the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) on April 17, 2024. Although the VPAA did not approve the request, the council's effort demonstrated proactive engagement and concern for the student body's well-being.

Face-to-face classes are scheduled to resume tomorrow, April 18, 2024, pending any directives from the Pasay City LGU.

Kasama din sa kilusang ito ay ang mga ordinaryong mamamayan kabilang na ang mga magsasaka, mag-aaral, at mangagawa.

Kaya ngayong paggunita ng araw ng kagitingan, ating bigyang pugay ang tapang at pagmamahal sa bansa ng mayroon ang mga Pilipino.

Nawa'y sila ay magsilbing inspirasyon sa atin upang buong tapang na harapin ang lahat ng pagsubok at paghihirap ng kasalukuyan at patuloy na isabuhay ang diwa ng bayanihan at pagmamahal sa kapwa. 🇵🇭
