FAQ:

What is the survey all about?

Our Employer Branding survey aims to know what Filipino employees/applicants ( from chosen functions, job levels, job industries) want in an employer and their level of satisfaction with their current employer.

We have two kinds of surveys:

Paid Surveys - targeted to a specific job function, job level, and/or job industry and usually released 3 or 4 times in a year depending on the need that we have

General Surveys - this is our continuous survey, where respondents who completed the survey have a chance to win a prize at the end of the month, as long as they have not received a reward before from a previous survey, as to give a fair chance to all respondents.

How many items in the survey?

Our survey usually has 30 to 35 items, which usually takes 30 to 45 minutes to answer.

Will my answers remain confidential/anonymous?

Yes, we ensure the confidentiality of all responses of our respondents.

In fact, only paid surveys that we release will ask your personal information in the survey and is only asked for the purpose of sending your reward to you.

Who can receive a reward?

Only qualified and verified respondents will receive a reward, Once identified that you fabricate/falsify the data you shared (e.g. re-answering the survey using a different email; using another identification to receive another reward) or if the results show that you did not take the time to understand the question to answer truthfully, your rewards will be forfeited.

For General Survey respondents, we will send you an email/sms of your reward, and we will post on our page who won this month’s raffle draw. Only those who haven’t won in previous raffle draw and received a reward from a previous survey will be eligible to join the monthly raffle draw.

I answered the survey last month, but did not win in the raffle, and did not join a Paid Survey before, do I have a chance to win this month’s raffle?

The answer is yes, as long as you answered the survey truthfully, did not falsify data, haven’t participated in a previous Paid Survey or won in a previous months raffle draws.

How much is the reward?

The reward is ₱200 worth of e-gift certificate. You may choose one from the following merchants: Max’s Restaurant, Red Mango, The Coffee Bean, and Tea Leaf, The Dessert Kitchen, Pancake House, Chatime, and Auntie Anne’s. The reward is non-transferrable to a cash deposit to your bank.

When will I receive the reward?

You will receive your reward after you have successfully completed answering the survey. E-gift certificates are released every Friday before 5 PM. The e-gift reward can be received as long as you provide the correct and necessary details for us to send it to you.

I was redirected to a Disqualification Page, what does that mean?

Being redirected to a disqualification page means the qualifications you have provided did not meet the qualifications of the survey. You may join the next surveys, that you might be qualified for.

I received an email with a subject: [UPDATE] SURVEY REWARD and indicated my reward is forfeited?

As we have mentioned, your reward will be forfeited once proved that you falsified/fabricated the data you shared with us with the intention to receive another reward. The survey site’s algorithm, which is validated by the research team, can detect if the responses are not honest and valid.

Any respondent who will continue to falsify data to receive rewards from us, will be banned from taking future surveys and receiving rewards,

How can you determine if the data is not true or valid?

You've submitted multiple responses via different contact info but used the same name, or have used a different name using the same contact information

You've rushed through answering the questions, and answered the rating questions in a lenient way (e.g. choosing number 3 as an answer to all rating questions)

Your answers do not match what you indicated in your profile (e.g. company industry, job level, job function)

Using your friends/colleagues personal identification in answering the survey or asking them to answer the survey even if in reality they are not qualified to get a reward.

Can I refer my friends or colleagues?

Of course! We highly encourage you to refer your friends. We will give you Php 200 worth of e-gift certificate for every 3 successful referral. A successful referral means someone who is qualified and has successfully completed the survey.

Will I get to know the findings of the survey?

Yes, only those reports that can be released in public will be sent to the email address you have provided in the survey.

By providing the details requested, answering the questions, and submitting this form, I hereby freely, willfully, and voluntarily give my full consent to the collection, holding, processing, use, recording, organization, storage, updating, modification, retrieval, consultation, consolidation, blocking, erasure and destruction (collectively referred to as “Use”) by Employer Branding Survey Asia, its officers, employees, agents, representatives, personnel, and any third party it authorizes and such authorized third party’s officers, employees, agents, representatives and personnel (collectively referred to as “Employer Branding Survey Asia”) of any or all sensitive, personal and privileged information I disclosed to Employer Branding Survey Asia, including, among others, my name, email address, mobile number, gender, age, educational background, area of residence, civil status, employment and/or responses to the questions in this form (collectively known as “Information”), for purpose of understanding what _____________________ aspire for in an Employer, for a maximum period of two (2) years from the date hereof.

I further understand that any records or copies of my Information shall be destroyed and disposed of by Employer Branding Survey Asia after such two (2) year period.

I also recognize that I am entitled to certain rights in relation to the Information, including the right to object to its Use, and to access, correct and request deletion of the same. However, any such objection or request to delete will not affect any action by Employer Branding Survey Asia in reliance on this consent before receiving such an objection or request.

I hereby release Employer Branding Survey Asia from any liability whatsoever, including but not limited to, liability under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, for the Use of my information for the foregoing purposes, and any liability in connection with or arising from any activity that may occur or result therefrom.
