What sets me apart from ur regular coaches is that i try my best to fix each clients unique issues and teach them not just how to lose weight but how to keep it off para di na bumalik sa dating katabaan.
Most coaches will just cut ur calories and give u high intensity exercises na alam naman nating temporary lng ang resulta.
Aside sa pagpa kundisyun/paganda ng katawan i want to teach them how to live a normal life.
Kasama na sa goals ko ang ma turo kung papano nila i.continue ang buhay nila after coaching without me.

what is the healthy fat % then?
for men: 12-20%
for women: 20-30%

Fat loss coach ako, pero fat loss dahil i want to help people be healthier, people need to know that a magazine cover's physique is not healthy. it is just for show
Train for health and aesthetics will follow.
If u go for aesthetics primarily there is a good chance u will mess up ur health
