The GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods came at a time when Dawnna Wayburne didn’t know how much she needed them. After an accident resulting in a broken tailbone, Dwanna turned to Gyrotonic training to find relief.
Today, Dawnna is a GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Master Trainer, the Education Director of Polestar Pilates Asia, the Asian Licensee, a Principal Educator for Polestar Pilates Asia, and owner of Iso Fit Studio Hong Kong.
What we find the most beautiful about our community are the unique stories of how Master Trainers, Trainers and movers alike first discovered the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Methods. 23 years ago, Saturday , Oct 1, 1999 , we opened our doors for the first time! Thank you to each and everyone who came through our doors, like friends in one's life , some came and left after a few weeks or months or years ... but the ones that are meant to stay, like the friends we meet in our life, stayed through and became friends for life, through the different seasons of our life.
More than just finding a home to get fit, healthy, get strong and build a positive self image. Most have found true friends!

Reminiscing the years ever since I started my journey as a GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM ®® trainer. It had been a beautiful fulfilling journey both for myself and my clients. It has benefited our bodies and aided in awakening our body and strengthening the many different joints and muscles to bring ourselves to the best condition. I am very grateful to Juliu Horvath for creating this great exercise system. It has made our bodies feel great, emotionally and physically conditioned despite the many years that are going by.
To be able to care for our love ones, we need to take care of ourselves first, we need to exercise to keep our body in good health! ... Good Health is Self Love!
