It is with great sadness that our dedicated, thoughtful and kind teacher has passed away early this morning. Teacher Marie, you are going to be missed. Your journey to heaven is now beginning. May you rest in peace. 🙏🏽

Martial Arts can play a major role in a child's development. Practicing martial arts essentially involves training the mind, body and spirit to act as one.

Our class offers a hybrid martial arts that include a mixture of combat disciplines and exercises. Exercise is one great way in building a child's confidence. These disciplines also teach valuable lessons that they can apply to other areas of their lives as they are growing up. Our class is safe and kid-friendly which every child will enjoy.

Trade Fair promotes learning in the following ways:

1. Concept of cooperation. The students learn how to work together to put up their own product.
2. Concept of money and material things. The students begin to learn the value of money and the material things that they buy or trade for.
3. The concept of planning and actualizing a plan. The students learn how to think of ways to make their product and classroom come alive. And when they see it, they begin to appreciate, enjoy and in the end have fun.
4. Concept of role playing. The students learn to recognize the value of being a waiter/server, soap maker, cook, attendant, etc.

To add, most important are learning how to share, having a sense of belonging and strengthens self-esteem.

Today's culminating event at Kapitolyo Garden 6 was a success! We conducted an oral lesson about healthy eating, discussing the food they brought. After that, we allowed our students to explore the garden and experience a pocket of nature. 🌳🏞️

Coach JP Buduan is a Muay Thai Khan 11 Instructor; a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt; a MMA fighter and is a numerous Martial Arts champion.

We are thrilled to share that last December 1, we held our culminating activity that marks the conclusion of our recent lessons on the theme of family. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

As we all know, grandparents play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students, providing them with love, wisdom, and a sense of heritage. In recognition of this, we organized a special culminating activity to celebrate Grandparents' Day.

The event became an opportunity for our students to express their gratitude and appreciation for their grandparents. The activities we did not only showcased the talents and creativity of our students, but also helped foster a stronger bond between generations. ❤️
