The company was founded by Chief Catalyst Alex L. Araneta who envisions the group to be the leader in advocating organizational health and sustainable growth through nourishing and empowering the people from all levels of the organization. Having worked in several industries with diverse cultures, behaviors, and thrusts, Alex personally understands that a big part of a good and strong foundation of any company, aside from winning strategies, processes, products and services, would be its people’s overall mentality, health, goals and outlook in life.
