Are you fully satisfied in Christ and have found your sufficiency in Him alone?

We can say we believe God exists, but do we truly believe in Him and all of His promises? Real faith withstands trials and remains unshaken even through the tough times. Believe that God is who He says He is and that He keeps all His promises.

Remember Who is in you. What reason is there to fear?

Remember, faith is a God-given ability!

Press on and endure, knowing the sufferings in this world are only temporary.

Remember the precious cost of our salvation. We have been ransomed, redeemed, forgiven. May we never take it lightly.

How much do we value God's word?

Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever would save his lifewill lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. (Matthew 6:24-25)

"For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us." Romans 8:18

Remember, the gate is supposed to be narrow. If the path you're on is broad and wide, take heed, for "the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many" (Matthew 7:13)

Our greatest delight should always be in Jesus Christ, not in created things. Only He can satisfy our deepest longings.

The present sufferings in this world are nothing compared to the glory that is to be revealed.

"For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us. For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be set free from its bo***ge to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God." Romans 8:18-21

Let this be a sobering reminder for every person claiming to follow Christ: whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life. Are we truly His followers? Are we obeying Him? Life can only be found in Him.

Be the man or woman who delights in the Lord and whose will is aligned to His.

Apart from Christ, we are nothing. Praise God for His love and His finished work on the cross.

Let's fix our eyes on the only One who knows what the year is to hold, the only One worth living for, Jesus Christ our Lord. Blessed Happy New Year!

Let's celebrate what Christ has done for us today and everyday. Blessed Merry Christmas!

Remember: Prayer is the greatest work.

Are we resting in the blessings more than the Blesser Himself?

If you find yourself unable to forgive, perhaps you should ask whether you have truly experienced Christ's forgiveness. He whom is forgiven much, loves much.

All the sorrows in this world fade when we keep our eyes on Jesus and the glory displayed to us on the cross. As the famous hymn goes, "And the things of earth will grow strangely dim, in the light of His glory and grace."

Growing closer to God requires intentionality. Don't just go with the flow. Pursue God and be attentive to His voice.

Are we completely satisfied in Jesus? Or are we turning to other people and things to fill us? Remember, He is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in Him.

Are our souls so full of the small things, that it no longer has room for the great? May we never settle for the things of this world, those that leave us empty in the end. Only God can truly satisfy.

Remember that this world is not our home. Nothing and no one can truly satisfy us apart from Jesus. Only He can meet our deepest needs.
