Made some chocolate truffles with 6 different toppings:
-Dark and sweet (Dulce de Leche)
-Sweet fire (Bird's eye chili with dulce de leche)
-Where's the tequila?! (Lemon and Himalayan pink salt)
-Triple Ms (MM's and Maltesers)
- Sprinkles
-85 shades (85% dark chocolate shavings)

We will start a pop-up business on Friday. It's called "BITE ME NOW PLEASE." We will sell Sweezza (Sweet Pizza), our original recipe. It's made of dark chocolate crust with semi-sweet dark chocolate ganache on top, some dulce de leche, and some imported chocolates like MMs, Maltesers, Twix, and Hershey's. Not so sweet but it will probably make you dance when you eat it.
