No clinic on April 16, 2022 Black Saturday. The Medical Arts Building is closed as it is a special non-working holiday. Clinic resumes April18, 2022 Easter Monday. Please call 0919-3219493 for an appointment (face-to-face or teleconsult) .

We suggest you seek an appointment early as there is a long line now of patients seeking consultation.

Please be reminded of the following for face-to-face consultations.

1. Call up 0919-321-9493 to book an appointment date and time. We shall then submit your name at the Triage area.
2. Present yourself at the Triage AREA LOBBY of the Medical Arts Building (MAB) beside the PNB 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
3. Bring your vaccination card. They will ask you for it.
4. Fill up the Health Declaration form.
5. Remember to wear a mask ( a surgical mask would do) with no vent hole at the side. They will ask you to cover your cotton face mask with a surgical mask. A face shield is still required at this time.

Strictly by APPOINTMENT only (EYE and EAR).
