"There are bright places, even in dark times. And if there isn't, you can be that bright place, with infinite capacities."
May this quote from "All The Bright Places" by Jennifer Niven bring hope and comfort for us to keep on moving forward and fighting our silent battles.
This Su***de Prevention Month reminds us that our mental health is as important as our physical health. Remember that you are not alone in your battle in shedding light in the dark. You are loved, you are seen.

Not all heroes wear a cape ๐ฆธ๐ปโโ๏ธ; sometimes they make precise lesson plans late โฐ in the evening to ensure a brighter future for their students ๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ซ!
This day marks the celebration of the heroes of the education systemโour teachers. National Teachers Month is not merely a celebration for teachers' hard work but also to recognize their impact on our everyday lives, shaping us to be the best version of ourselves in the future.
Having the powers to inspire, encourage, and be an external parent to students is truly an amazing real-life superpower. With their passion to go beyond teaching, we should take this opportunity to honor them today by showing teachers our gratitude for all the hard work they've done.
To all the teachers out there who work nonstop to ensure the future of your students, you are truly making a difference in the world. May you continue to inspire many generations that will come!

โMabuhay ang Pilipinas, isang bansa, isang diwa. Andres Bonifacio.
