Our business offers budget-friendly air-conditioned rooms, fan rooms, and couple rooms. ☺️
We have 4 air-conditioned rooms with queen-sized beds, and 1 fan room with a single-sized bed. All rooms have bathrooms with showers, toilets, and love seats, TVs with cable and local channels, private and outdoor garage parking, functioning Wifi Internet, and a 24-hour security monitoring system.

♦️ Assisting guests from answering questions to bringing them to their rooms
♦️ Handling guest payments and book keeping
♦️ Cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and other areas needing general cleaning
♦️ Preparation (folding & drying) of bed sheets, blankets, pillowcases, & towels (no laundry duties)
♦️ General house keeping duties of the whole establishment

Our Story
Pearl Drive Inn is a lodging inn located at Sampaguita St., San Vicente, City of San Fernando, La Union. This is a residential area-type of environment. We have 4 standard airconditioned rooms and 1 budget fan room. At San Vicente, the standard airconditioned room has a double-sized bed, with Wifi Internet Connection, TV, shower & toilet and private parking. The budget fan room has a single bed, shower & toilet plus an open parking for other guests. This place is near Thunderbird Resort along Poropoint.
We also have a branch located at the heart of the city, just along Barangay IV, Governor Luna St., City of San Fernando, La Union. In this 2-storey building, we have 2 ordinary airconditioned rooms with TV, bath & toilet and 6 budget fan rooms with a common shower and comfort room. A Family Budget Fan room is also available good for 4 persons. This is located in a business district area, so, we offer a temporary space for the guest who would like to stay for a few days for work, business, leisure, seminars, training, renewal of passport and licenses. Public parking is available outside the building.
Couples can stay, relax and sleep safely & soundly in our budget-friendly rooms. We have a 24-hour CCTV Security Monitoring System. Smoking is prohibited within the building. We discouraged bringing of pets.
We have a budget friendly rates, food & beverages are also available. We have an array of beautiful beaches along the area. During the day, guests may explore and have an amazing experience at the surfing area in Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union and is 1-ride away thru public transportation. You could explore the City of San Fernando with its amazing tourist attractions. Also, National government agencies, banks, restaurants and malls are within your reach.
