The Philippine street dogs were once called 'Askal,' a term somewhat seen to be derogatory compared to purebred dogs. However, we made a movement by changing their name to 'Aspin' or 'Asong Pinoy', uplifting our own bred dogs.
But even with the new name, do you know which dogs still suffer the most abuse?

We have 11 lovely aspins urgently needing a safe shelter, as Pet Paradise PH is still searching for a permanent home to continue our mission of rescuing and rehabilitating dogs.

According to change.org, Aspins are often victims of abuse and mistreatment because of how they look, and they are valued less compared to other breeds of dogs.
They deserve love, too! Love the dog, not the breed.

Our loving aspins are currently fostered at Rodriguez, Rizal (Montalban) due to difficulties at our previous location. Nine of our dogs are settled there for now as we work to find them new homes and secure a permanent shelter.

As a non-profit NGO established in 2021, we are dedicated to rescuing and caring for abandoned, neglected and abused Aspins and Puspins.
We also welcome donations in-kind and monetary gifts to fund vet visits, medications, and our rescues’ health maintenance.

We in Pet Paradise Ph would like to express our outmost gratitude to Doc Gab - Veterinarian & Pets Care Society for granting our beloved Amor a free neuter service. 🥺
It was in Brgy. 3 , Calamba, Laguna's mass low-cost spay and neuter event when we encountered the angelic souls of them. The supposedly payment of Amor's service was returned at the registration and was even gifted some free medicine.
Amor is a rescue we met in bayong Silangan, Naic Cavite; running and begging for food on her three legs.

Pixie’s life (our Tory) turned magical from the very first day she was adopted by Sir Henson! From comfy bed at the garage, she was allowed into the house on the second day. Third, in the bedroom, next are out-of-town trips not to mention daily car rides from home to the office! Sir Henson doesn’t mind 🐕🤮 in the car at all!
We do not ask for updates as we see Pixie on his “my day”! Apple of the eye, isn’t she? 🐕

Another successful adoption today!
We are very happy to announce that Miley has been adopted by her reporter, Sir Dennis Kintanar ❤️
She was reported to us by Sir Dennis. Since we rescued her, she had undergone treatment for TVT and chemotherapy sessions. Indeed, she was a survivor! Maybe she felt that her future pawrents is waiting for her.
