The PIA Iloilo and UAP Madia -as Iloilo Chapter, with other organizations, are kindly asking for any help for Mr. Melvin Lataquin Sr., An architect, mentor, father, and husband who is currently dealing with a life-threatening medical condition. Since angioplasty is unable to repair his badly blocked blood vessels, his doctor has recommended that he undergo open heart surgery.

The proceeds of this donation campaign will be used to cover the cost of the surgery and the necessary medications for Ar. Lataquin. Your generosity and benevolence will give him the chance to go through surgery, return to a healthy life, and have a happy heart. Any amount will be much appreciated. Thank you for your kindness!

We would like to congratulate our 𝙑𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙮𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝘽𝙤𝙮𝙨 and 𝙑𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙮𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙂𝙞𝙧𝙡𝙨 for representing the Architecture Department during the 𝙏𝙀𝙆𝙉𝙊 𝙒𝙀𝙀𝙆 2024: 𝙁𝙞𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖 𝙁𝙪𝙣. They placed 1st runner up in volleyball for both the boys and girls teams! They showcased exceptional skills and strategic play throughout the volleyball tournament. They started and ended strong with quick digs, powerful teamwork, and steady serves.

After a thorough screening of the multitude of applications received from various schools in Western Visayas, we are thrilled to announce the emergence of 10 outstanding finalists. These exceptional individuals have not only demonstrated exceptional quality but have also excelled in the point-based scoring system across the categories of Leadership and Collaboration, Innovation and Creativity, Community Impact, and Awards and Recognition.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our esteemed judges from the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Region VI, Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Region VI, Developers Connect (DEVCON), and Global Shapers Community- Iloilo for their invaluable support for this event and expertise in carefully selecting the deserving candidates.
