Those who commit the act of sexual in*******se of lascivious conduct with a child exploited in prostitution or subject to other sexual abuse; Provided, That when the victims is under twelve (12) years of age, the perpetrators shall be prosecuted under Article 335, paragraph 3, for r**e and Article 336 of Act No. 3815, as amended, the Revised Penal Code, for r**e or lascivious conduct, as the case may be: Provided, That the penalty for lascivious conduct when the victim is under twelve (12) years of age shall be reclusion temporal in its medium period.

Ang pasko ay mahalagang okasyon para sa ating mga Pilipino. Ngunit karamihan sa atin ay nakakalimutan na ang kahalagahan sa pagdiriwang ng kapaskuhan. Sa panahon na ito ay nag sasama-sama at masayang nagsasalo- salo ang pamilya sa oras ng nuche buena. Sa panahon na ito ay isinasantabi ang mga alitan at mga problemang nakakadulot ng puot sa ating puso.

Hindi mahalaga rito kung anong meron ka dahil ang mahalaga sa pasko ay pagmamahalan at pagpapatawad sa isa't isa.

Ang pasko ay ang kaarawan ng ating tagapagligtas na si Hesus. Ipinaaalala ng pasko na maging mapagkumbaba, mapagmahal at mapagbigay tulad ng ipinakita ni Hesus noong siya’y nabubuhay pa.
