Spicy coconut curry is blended with our original chicken broth, and topped with minced chicken, prawns, beancurd, Naruto fish cake, hard-boiled egg and mint leaves. Best with our exclusive green tea, yuzu and ginger ale colas. Spicylicious to the last bite!

Crab Ramen is one of Keisuke’s signature dishes, winner of the 2011 Ramen Championship in Japan.

This broth is creamy but clean, cooked with a mixture of crab, chicken bones, herbs abd vegetables, providing a distinct seafood flavor. It is served with handmade noodles, leeks, bamboo pith and pork belly slices.
