4. Name of companion/parent/relative — not sick. Sick adult is not allowed inside the clinic.

Please understand that the clinics schedule our patients according to cases:

Monday/Tuesday — WELL CHILDREN, VACCINATION

Wednesday/Thursday — SICK CHILDREN

11am-1pm Sick children without fever
1pm-3pm Sick children with cough, cold, diarrhea, vomiting
3pm-5pm Sick children with fever

FRIDAY/SATURDAY — FOLLOW UP OF PREVIOUSLY SICK KIDS, VACCINATION

Hello po. Please note that we are available to reply to your inquiries during clinic hours Monday to Saturday 9AM to 5PM. You may still post your questions here anytime. We answer, however, only during clinic time. Stay safe, everyone!

OUR CLINICS’ TELEMEDICINE GUIDELINES

1. The telemedicine is exclusive for our patients who cannot visit the clinics and would want to seek online consultation.
2. Only those with records in our clinics may schedule for an online appointment.
3. Schedule your appointment at least 2 days in advance.
3. If your child visits us at Taytay clinic, your online consultation schedule may be on Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday from 10:30AM to 3:00PM, in between patients at the clinic.
4. If your child visits us at Binangonan clinic, your online consultation schedule may be on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 10:30AM to 3:00PM, in between patients at the clinic.
5. The clinic will initiate the video call via Zoom on the appointed time.
6. You will have to settle the consultation fee of PHP400 via GCash 09088693950 to confirm your schedule. Follow-up consultation is also PHP400.
7. Make sure to have a stable internet connection to ensure a proper video call/online check up.
8. Digital prescriptions and official receipt will be provided. Should you need the physical/written prescription/OR, you may visit the clinics to receive one.
