It's been a while since I held a whisk and felt the heat of the oven. I've been busy with school, work, and life balance. Behind this door is where I learn more techniques and knowledge in the science of bread and pastry making. Every learning experience is a step toward a new beginning. Here I am, perfecting the craft I love so I can make more delectable baked goods. I'll be heating the oven again. 🍞🥐🥖🥨🥯🌯🍩🍪🎂🥧 😊🙏❤

It all started as an interest.
I searched
I watched videos
I self studied
I tried at home.

Decided to sell online.
First with relatives and friends, then started to offer with other people.
Always open with good and bad feedback.
Somedays motivated, somedays not.
Sometimes I wanted to STOP!

Been pulled down,but choose to stand up.
Somedays open, somedays close.
Still trying, still learning, I will keep going.

From baking banana cupcake and cake pops to baking freshly baked breads and cookies.
So much more that I want to try.
Never knew I have the skills
I'm giving myself a tap at the back,because yes! Im a proud self-taught home baker.

Always believe God will make you capable once He gives you a vision.
You just have to start and commit.
