Philippine Society of United Master Plumbers Catanduanes Chapter (PSUMP-CC) give certificate of appreciation to the Municipality of Baras for being compliant in implementing the provisions of (RA-1378) or the National Plumbing Code of the Philippines and its IRR and Sections 301 (2a), 302 (3g), 302 (9), 303 (8) of the 2004 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of the National Building Code of the Philippines (PD-1096) in their political jurisdiction.
