Starting the month of love with Peace and Unity!

The Ramon Enriquez High School took part on the celebration of the World Interfaith Harmony Week 2024 together with the different schools in Zamboanga City yesterday, February 3, 2024 at Harmony Village, Pitogo, Sinunuc, Zamboanga City.

The REHS Performing Arts showcased their talents through performing a variety show, showing that there is unity despite the different cultures of the people, capturing the heart and attention of the audience and ending their performance with a smile.

The Peace Club of Ramon Enriquez High School once again showed their unwavering support to the organization during the whole duration of the Celebration of Mindanao Week of Peace from November 30-December 6, 2023 with the Theme: “A Call of the Mindanao Week of Peace 2023: SOLIDARITY for a WORLD WITHOUT VIOLENCE!”

The Peace Club officers of REHS attended the Peacetival of Learning at Claret School of Zamboanga City last December 4-5, 2023 that explored more on understanding the different Religious Beliefs and Team Building. Whereas on the same date, the Peace Club advisers’ Ma’am Armiña Alipon and Ma’am Shamae Paloma conducted a Seminar relating to maintaining the Mental Health of the young individuals.

The Celebration of the Mindanao Week of Peace not only ended successfully, but also created a deep and lifelong learning on the young minds of the youth.

Its a wrap!

The Peace Club of Ramon Enriquez High School successfully and flawlessly conducted their Booth in accordance to the celebration of the Drug Awareness Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week.

The Officers joined hands in preparing for the event carefully as this would be their first time of the year conducting a booth as a group to scout students who shows interest in joining the prestigious organization of the Peace Club.

Moreover, the day joyfully ended for the officers of the Peace Club as numerous students approached each one of them to register their membership in the club.

The Peace Club of the REHS are still open for those students who hope for change in world full of negative issues.

LOOK | Dialogue with Creation Partners Week

The Ramon Enriquez High School's Peace Club Officers took part in today's Launching of the Dialogue With Creation Partners Week, an event hosted by the Silsilah Dialogue Movement at the Astoria Plaza, Grand Astoria Hotel, Zamboanga City with the theme: Celebrating and Preserving Our Common Home.

“The main Objective of the endeavor is to give special attention to creation as one of the pillars of the mission and spirituality to Dialogue with God, Self, Others and Creation”.

The Officers of the REHS Peace Club had a great time connecting to unfamiliar people and was all ears to the speakers of the said event as it talked about Preserving our Nature that catches the interest of the audience including our dear Officers.

Oct. 05 was full of Compassion and Grace 💫 The Dialogue Program partnered with Interfaith service 😇!!

Every Religion gets their own different places for them to have a peaceful conversation 💬 and way of disseminating their beliefs and knowledge. 🤝🏻

Interfaith Service was held on Oct. 05, 2023. Started at 8:00 AM ended at 9:30 AM. These preachers were able to share their different beliefs and gave a wonderful life lessons that we can reflect and apply to our life, these humble preachers are: Rev Father Ivan Monjardin for the Catholic Priest, Pastor Georich Mayor Dela peña, And Imam Sheikh Saidamen W. Paniorotan.

To sum the greatness of the day 📖, it was ended with a very productive Loyalty Day 💖, wherein students were really helpful 🙌🏻 to clean. It was exhausting yet a very helpy happy day to end. 💞

On October 04, 2023, the Peace Club held an activity that particularly aims to celebrate the theme! 👥

And also for students, of each curriculum, to showcase their creativeness using their talents.

There were essay writing and poster-painting; bien colorful as ever❗💨

This activity nurtures the pagiging malikhain ng mga mag-aaral and recognizes the knowledge of our co-students on our Theme: "Celebrating And Preserving Our Common Home." ❗

We discovered lots of Ideas that we can utilize to give awareness and to protect 💪🏻 the rights of our nature 〰️ by a very artistic visualization of our gifted students ! 🎨 - Not only by The colors of Paints but also with Pen and Writing Skills that these students posses ❗, and they were able to show and express their different perspectives earlier! 📝

The idea of this activity is to let our selves be enlighten 🙌🏻 of what's our responsibilities 🗣 as an individual that is tasked by our supreme being. As this saying goes "God commissions us to rule over the creation in a way that sustains, protects, and enhances his works so that all creation may fulfill the purposes God intended for it." The week of Dialogue with Creation Partners Week has just started - with its theme: Celebrating and Preserving Our Common Home. 🌍🤍

On this Day, Oct. 3, 2023 - The Peace Club was tasked to keep a hand on this meaningful Program! 🙌 The goal of this program is to raise awareness about the emergency condition of Mother Earth,🗣️🌍 inviting partners of the first week of October of every year to organize activities as expressions of solidarity in dialogue with creation and to foster friendship🫂 between and among the interfaith communities 👥

In this program we begin it with the knowledge 🧠 shared earlier followed by numerous trivia questions, 💡 that gave motivation for the students to answer, because of the prizes.😜😜
